Gohan paused. "Fine. But only after you get stronger."
"Stronger?"
"Starting today, you'll cultivate in the Gravity Chamber."
"The Gravity Chamber?" Videl gasped. She couldn't handle several hundred times gravity.
"You don't have to train with us. Start at ten times gravity."
"Oh… okay."
Even ten times gravity sounded intense.
Afternoon – Kaioshin Realm
After his nap, Gohan took out the Heaven-Reaching Mirror and arrived in the Kaioshin Realm.
With a Battle Power of five hundred billion, he needed to choose his next path.
He wanted to master Super Saiyan 4, Super Saiyan God, and Beast Gohan.
Super Saiyan 4 required control over the Great Ape power.
Super Saiyan God required entering the divine realm.
Beast Gohan required unlocking his potential through Old Supreme Kai.
The first two were manageable. Unlocking Mystic Gohan through Old Supreme Kai was the key.
The moment Gohan appeared, East Supreme Kai and Kibito sensed him.
"Son Gohan!"
"You know me?"
East Supreme Kai nodded. "How did you get here?"
"Instant Transmission."
"Instant Transmission?" Kibito exclaimed. "How can you use Instant Transmission to reach the Kaioshin Realm?"
"A Supreme Kai from another universe taught me."
"Another universe?" East Supreme Kai looked stunned.
"I'm here to draw the Z Sword."
"The Z Sword?" Kibito stepped forward. "That is a sacred treasure of our realm. Legend says whoever draws it gains the universe's strongest power."
"The strongest power?"
Gohan chuckled and flew toward the stone pillar rising from the pond. Only the hilt of the Z Sword was visible.
He grabbed it and pulled.
The pillar trembled violently. The water churned.
East Supreme Kai and Kibito watched anxiously.
"Hah!"
With a shout, Gohan pulled the Z Sword free.
The ground cracked beneath him.
"He drew it…"
Gohan landed lightly before them. "If there's nothing else, I'll take it."
Kibito hesitated, but East Supreme Kai nodded. "Very well."
Gohan used Instant Transmission and returned to Earth.
Kibito looked uneasy. "Lord Supreme Kai, why let him take it?"
"Could we have stopped him?"
Kibito fell silent.
Earth
After returning, Gohan summoned another Supreme Kai Sword from the System and placed it on the ground.
He raised the Z Sword and slashed downward.
Boom!
Clang!
The collision produced a deafening metallic roar. The ground sank, and dust filled the air.
"It didn't break."
Gohan struck again.
Another massive shockwave erupted. Sparks flew as the lower blade began to crack.
Crack.
On the next strike, the sword in his hands shattered. The blade on the ground split apart as well.
"Success."
When the dust cleared, a small, elderly figure wearing Supreme Kai robes floated out.
It was Old Supreme Kai.
