Hey everyone,
First off, I want to say I'm sorry for leaving you hanging for the past three days. I know the suspense was high, but I did mention previously that my updates might be a bit irregular.
I've been away at my maternal grandparents' house. Both my grandmother and grandfather just underwent knee replacement surgery, and between helping them out and catching up with all my cousins who were there, I simply didn't have a single second to sit down and write.
I've seen a few comments, and I just want to ask—please don't say that I've abandoned you or the story.
I promised you I wouldn't leave this book unfinished, and I meant it. While I understand the frustration of waiting for a book you love, I hope you can remember that I need a break sometimes, too.
I'm currently balancing school, tuitions, and my personal life alongside this story. I had a small holiday from school, and I chose to spend it with my family and offline. I thought that since I'd already shared my hectic schedule with you all, it would be understood that a few days of silence just meant I was on a much-needed break.
I want to be clear: I'm not being rude, and I'm not catching an attitude. I'm simply taking a stand for my own time.
When I mentioned ending the book soon, so many of you said, "It's okay if you upload less or just once a week, just don't end it!"
But when I actually take that time for myself, the reaction feels a bit different. I'm not pointing anyone out specifically, but it's something I've noticed.
I love writing this for you, and it was my decision to start this journey, but I'm human too. I'm doing my best to find the balance between my studies and this hobby.
And I'm not telling this to you because I need your apology or something,I'm telling this because I felt it that way..
