This was Frieza's older brother, Cooler.
He was hailed as the most talented warrior in the Frieza family.
Babidi's tiny hands clawed at Cooler's fingers, struggling desperately. "C-Cooler, what are you doing? Let go of me..."

"Why, killing you, of course, Babidi. Useless trash that has no value shouldn't exist."
A cold glint flashed in Cooler's eyes as he chuckled coldly, increasing the pressure in his grip slightly.

Remembering Vegeta from moments ago, and now seeing the endlessly sneering Cooler, Babidi was paralyzed by terror.
So what did it mean when this guy willingly allowed himself to be controlled all those years ago?
What exactly was he planning?
However, Babidi no longer had the chance to think.
"Die!"
After speaking, Cooler's eyes widened.
Babidi's head exploded with a sickening stench, and his body went limp, losing all vital signs.
"Filthy blood..."
Cooler dropped Babidi's headless corpse, looked up at the three people standing in the sky, and gave a strange smile... With Babidi's death,
the 'M' symbol on Cooler's forehead vanished.

Meanwhile, Trunks was standing by, backing up his father... Piccolo's ears were incredibly sharp.
He had heard every word of the conversation between Cooler and Babidi.
Without turning his head, he said to Gohan and Goku, "The guy down there is named Cooler."
"Cooler? He really looks like Frieza," Goku said, stroking his chin curiously. Whenever he saw this Cooler, he was reminded of Frieza.
Gohan, however, frowned deeply.
Cooler's timing for showing up was highly suspicious.
If he remembered correctly, according to the movie timeline, Cooler should have appeared around the time Goku contracted the viral heart disease.
He came specifically to teach Goku a lesson.
But after beating Goku twice,
Goku suddenly powered up, transformed into the legendary Super Saiyan, and blasted him into the sun with a Kamehameha.
Even so, Cooler hadn't died completely; later, he returned in his Metal form and nearly destroyed Namek.
Goku and Vegeta were nearly killed by him that time too.
He was a somewhat troublesome opponent.
However, after searching his memories, Gohan realized:
This Cooler had never come to Earth over a decade ago.
In other words, this was his first official appearance.
Could it be that because Dad died of heart disease, Cooler never showed up?
Or was it because Trunks changed the timeline of the Z dimension, causing Cooler to appear earlier?
In any case, the timing was off... "Gentlemen, you've been watching for long enough. Aren't you planning on coming down?"
Cooler extended his palm, pointing at the three people in the sky. Energy surged in his hand, ready to unleash a devastating attack at any moment.
Gohan, Piccolo, and Goku exchanged glances, then descended, landing a short distance away from Cooler.
Seeing the three of them land, Cooler retracted the surging energy in his hand and examined Gohan and the others with interest.
"Hoh, you must be Son Goku, the Super Saiyan who killed my brother." Cooler looked at Goku with a half-smile.
"That's right, I'm Son Goku. Who's your brother?" Goku stepped forward, cracking his knuckles—a sign of excitement upon seeing an opponent.
"My foolish little brother used to laugh like this often. Hohohoho~"
"Ah, I get it. It was Frieza."
"I never thought Frieza had an older brother. So, are you here to avenge Frieza?"
Goku suddenly understood why Cooler looked so much like Frieza.
Wait, no, Frieza looked so much like this Cooler.
"Hmph. My idiotic brother and brainless father were simply inferior, and they deserved to die. Why would I seek revenge for them? But judging by your expression, you're planning on killing me too, aren't you?"
"You Saiyans really embody the villainous style."
"Ah, I didn't mean that. I just want to fight you."
"And what if I want to kill you, Super Saiyan?" Cooler's gaze suddenly turned dangerous.
"Hahaha, I'm not that easy to kill, either." Goku laughed heartily, placing his hands on his hips.
"Oh, really?"
As soon as Cooler finished speaking, his figure flickered. He appeared instantly before Goku with incredible speed and punched Goku, sending him flying.
A cluster of weathered rock formations was pulverized by Goku's backward-flying body.
A tremendous crashing sound erupted.
"Goku..." Piccolo shouted anxiously, adopting a defensive stance.
"Dad's fine. He can take a punch," Gohan said, his brow slightly furrowed.
This level of power... isn't quite right, is it?
He's far stronger than Frieza.
Furthermore, Gohan knew that the Cooler before them wasn't even in his final form yet.
He had at least one more powerful transformation than Frieza.
That transformation was actually quite cool.
Pulling his thoughts back, Gohan stared at Cooler, who was standing right next to him and curiously observing him, and asked, "Cooler, you're the one who killed the South Kai, right?"
Cooler looked at Gohan, who was half a head taller than him, and replied coldly, "Hmph, and who are you?"
"I am Son Gohan, and the person you just punched away is my father."
"Hmph~"
Gohan suddenly exploded into action, delivering a lightning-fast punch to Cooler's abdomen, sending him flying backward as well.
Cooler's posture as he flew backward was identical to Goku's moments before.
"Rumble!"
Likewise, countless weathered rock formations exploded, and dust billowed out, creating a massive crashing sound.
"Hahaha, how interesting."
But Cooler quickly shot up into the sky and returned to a spot a few meters opposite Gohan.
And Goku also flew back.
Both men had taken a punch, but neither was seriously hurt.
Instead, they were extremely excited.
Goku stretched his muscles, bouncing slightly, and loudly declared, "Gohan, don't jump in yet. Let me fight him."
Gohan shrugged helplessly, indicating that he was welcome to proceed.

"Then how about this?"
"Haaah~" Goku shouted, transforming into a Super Saiyan. Golden aura fiercely burned around him, and his golden hair stood on end.
Cooler crossed his arms, still shaking his head with an expression of disdain. "So this is the legendary Super Saiyan? It's nothing special. It's only good for dealing with trash like my brother."
"Oh? Then how about this? Haaah~" Goku powered up and burst his aura again. His power rapidly increased, the golden aura grew stronger, electrical arcs crackled around his body, and a powerful surge of energy burst forth.
Super Saiyan 2.
"Hehehe, now that's a little more interesting."
"But I haven't just been eating and sleeping for the past decade either."
"Hahaha, come on then! Let me kill you, Super Saiyan Son Goku!" Cooler suddenly burst into loud laughter, then purple energy erupted from his body as he lunged toward Goku.
