After the meal, Gohan used Instant Transmission to arrive at Kami's Lookout.
Upon seeing Dende, Gohan immediately spoke.
"Dende, quickly help me locate someone."
Sensing Gohan's energy, Piccolo, who had been floating in mid-air, opened his eyes and descended.
"What happened?"
Piccolo and Dende asked in unison.
"Well, a group of strange individuals has appeared on Earth, and they might pose a threat to the planet's safety..." Gohan recounted the news he had just seen on television.

The Supreme Kai and Kibito had also sensed Babidi's presence, which was why they had come to Earth.

The Supreme Kai smiled and replied, "Dende, you may not know this, but Babidi is proficient in evil magic. His abilities even surpass those of his father, Bibidi. He likely used a spell similar to Instant Transmission to traverse space and arrive on Earth."
"I've found it!" the Supreme Kai exclaimed, his eyes lighting up.
He had located Babidi's hiding spot.
"That's wonderful! As expected of the Supreme Kai!" Dende said.
Goku, standing nearby, grew excited. "Gohan, do you think this Babidi guy is strong?"
Sigh. His old habit was acting up again.
Gohan responded, "I don't know, but since he's a sorcerer, we definitely need to be careful of his magic."
"Stop talking for now, Gohan, Goku, Piccolo, follow me," the Supreme Kai said, leaping down from the Lookout.
"Lord Supreme Kai, why don't we just use Instant Transmission?" Gohan couldn't help but complain, though he followed the Supreme Kai anyway.
Piccolo and Goku also jumped down.
"Because I need to explain a few things on the way. Many people still know nothing about Babidi," the Supreme Kai explained.
"Uh..."
Just then, the air rippled.
Trunks and Vegeta Instant Transmitted into view.
"Gohan, what's going on? I sensed all your energy signatures gathered here and figured you must be planning something special, so I followed,"
Trunks explained to Gohan.
He then joined the group.
Vegeta, meanwhile, just snorted and turned his head away.
Looking at the prideful Vegeta, Gohan genuinely worried that he would develop neck problems sooner or later.
