Standing in front of the Babylon faction's door, Julian had already been there for a few minutes. He had come to see Norah and was starting to grow impatient. His expression began to darken as the seconds ticked by.
"What the hell is taking so long to open a fucking door," he spat, knocking much harder.
*Knock knock knock knock*
"Fuck…!" Only a few seconds had passed, but with his face darkened, Julian was already ready to smash that damn door himself to get in and see his beloved.
"Is she cheating on me with another man and doesn't want her lackeys to open for me?"
"That bitch!"
But just as he was about to take action, a small click sounded. The large door slowly opened, revealing the silhouette of the butler, who bowed respectfully upon seeing his guest.
"Young lord…" he began, still keeping his head lowered. "I'm sorry for the delay…"
