Lin Xue gasped pain—her pale skin icing over fast, silver hair freezing stiff. "Husband—dying king grabs me too—cold devours—" Her blue eyes flashed gold-black flicker, frost qi warring against the pull.
Wei Chen's golden eyes widened rage. "LIN XUE! No!"
