PROLOGUE — THE DAY THE WORLD TURNED GREEN
Humanity believed it ruled the Earth.
Then the Wildlife Council awakened.
Across the world, forests expanded overnight, oceans rose with living tides, animals evolved intelligence, and ancient guardians—once myths—emerged. Cities were swallowed by vines and roots. Machines failed. Satellites went dark.
The Wildlife Council, an ancient alliance of sentient spirits representing land, sea, sky, and life itself, declared humanity unfit to govern the planet.
Their judgment:
"Those who survive must learn to live with nature—or be erased."
This event became known as The Verdant Collapse.
CHAPTER 1 — THE BOY WHO SURVIVED THE FOREST
Main Character
Name: Kael
Age: 13
Trait: Calm, observant, quietly brave
Weapon: A broken survival knife infused with green energy
Mark: A glowing leaf-shaped sigil on his palm
Kael lives on the edge of a reclaimed forest—what was once a city. He scavenges ruins and avoids creatures that now rule the land. One night, while fleeing a massive vine-beast, Kael falls into a hidden sinkhole.
Below lies the Green Abyss—a vast underground world glowing with bioluminescent plants, ancient ruins, and flowing green energy.
A massive tree-root wraps around Kael's hand.
Instead of crushing him, it chooses him.
The sigil appears.
Kael hears a voice:
"Bearer of Balance… the Abyss awakens."
CHAPTER 2 — THE GREEN ABYSS
Kael explores the Abyss and discovers:
Ancient ruins of a civilization that lived in harmony with nature
Stone murals showing humans once sat on the Wildlife Council
Crystals that pulse like hearts
Creatures that are dangerous—but intelligent
He is attacked by a corrupted beast and saved by a girl wielding nature magic.
CHAPTER 3 — NEW FRIENDS
1. Liora
Forest mage
Uses a staff grown from a living tree
Can communicate with plants
Optimistic but hiding grief (her village was destroyed)
2. Ashen
Former city survivor
Uses traps, smoke bombs, and scavenged tech
Distrusts nature spirits
Slowly becomes Kael's closest ally
3. Nyx
A mysterious girl from the Abyss
Silver hair, glowing blue eyes
Half-human, half-spirit
Knows secrets of the Council
The group forms out of necessity, not trust.
CHAPTER 4 — THE WILDLIFE COUNCIL
The Council is revealed:
Verdant King – Spirit of Forests (leader)
Tidemother – Ocean consciousness
Skybound Talon – Spirit of air and storms
Gravebeast – Death and decay (twisted member)
The Council is divided.
Some believe humanity deserves extinction. Others believe in rebalance, not destruction.
Kael's mark proves he is a Bearer of Balance, a role thought extinct.
CHAPTER 5 — JOURNEY THROUGH THE NEW WORLD
The manga becomes a true adventure:
Traveling through vine-covered cities
Crossing animal-controlled territories
Meeting tribes of humans who adapted
Facing corrupted beasts created by Gravebeast
Each arc introduces:
New allies
Moral choices
Conflicts between survival and coexistence
Kael grows—not stronger by rage, but by understanding.
CHAPTER 6 — BETRAYAL IN GREEN
Ashen betrays the group—temporarily.
He joins a human faction that wants to kill the Wildlife Council using ancient weapons.
The plan would destroy nature and humanity.
Kael must choose:
Side with humans
Side with the Council
Or forge a third path
He chooses the third.
CHAPTER 7 — THE FALL OF THE ABYSS
Gravebeast attacks the Green Abyss itself.
The forest turns violent. Creatures go mad. Nyx reveals the truth:
She was created as a failsafe. If balance fails—the world resets.
Kael refuses to accept extinction as justice.
FINAL ARC — THE BALANCE WAR
Massive battles:
Humans vs nature
Spirits vs spirits
Friends fighting former allies
Kael confronts the Verdant King.
Instead of fighting, he places his hand on the ancient root and speaks:
"You judged humanity at its worst. Let me show you its best."
The mark spreads.
The Council is forced to feel human emotions—fear, love, regret.
ENDING — A NEW WORLD
The Wildlife Council dissolves.
Nature remains powerful—but no longer absolute.
Humans return—not as rulers, but caretakers.
The world becomes a living balance of cities and forests.
Kael does not become king.
He becomes the first Wanderer— traveling the world, ensuring balance is never forgotten.
Final panel: Kael standing at the edge of a green horizon.
Text:
"The Abyss was never a place. It was a choice."
