Chapter 79: Pansy's Magical Adventure
Pansy Parkinson felt as if she had been thrown into a raging current.
Something unseen dragged her forward at terrifying speed, spinning her through a tunnel of distorted, multicolored light. The world twisted violently around her, and no matter how hard she struggled, she couldn't steady herself.
Dizzy and panicked, she squeezed her eyes shut.
She had never tasted alcohol before—but if this was anything close to being drunk, then she never wanted to experience it again.
Seconds later—
Bang.
She hit solid ground.
Pain shot through her as she landed hard on her backside. Her hands instinctively pressed against the cold stone floor, grounding her in reality.
The moment she opened her eyes—
She vomited.
Bright, nauseating colors blurred her vision as she retched, her whole body trembling uncontrollably.
When it finally stopped, she wiped her mouth with shaking hands and forced herself to stand.
Where… was she?
The room was empty.
Bare stone walls. A single, small window near the ceiling. Pale light filtered through, illuminating floating dust in the air—but offering little comfort.
For a brief, horrifying moment, she thought she had been thrown into a prison cell.
Her heart pounded.
She pulled out her wand, gripping it tightly—even though deep down, she knew it was useless. As a first-year, she barely knew any real magic.
Still… it was better than nothing.
She crept toward the door.
It opened with a soft push.
Outside was a corridor—brightly lit, with smooth cement walls and floors.
Pansy frowned.
This wasn't magical architecture.
This looked… Muggle.
Plain. Functional. Tasteless.
Only Muggles would build something so… dull.
The lights lining the walls buzzed faintly, casting steady illumination. It calmed her slightly—at least this didn't feel like a dungeon anymore.
Then—
Voices.
Unfamiliar. Fast. Completely incomprehensible.
Pansy froze.
Panic surged through her as footsteps approached. Without thinking, she darted into the nearest room and pressed herself against the wall.
Two desks. Papers scattered everywhere.
She held her breath.
The voices grew louder.
> "The trap in the boss's room has been triggered… everyone's been teleported…"
"I just went to the restroom! That cook is trying to poison me—"
"Stop talking nonsense. If it's a Dark Wizard, we're in trouble…"
Pansy understood nothing—but their tone alone was enough.
Danger.
Real danger.
She waited until their footsteps faded… then slipped out and ran the opposite direction.
She didn't stop until she burst out of the building.
And froze.
Her eyes widened in pure shock.
This… was a shipyard.
Towering steel structures loomed everywhere. Sparks flew in the distance. The deafening clang of metal striking metal echoed endlessly.
But none of that mattered.
Because in front of her—
Stood a colossal steel monster.
Hundreds of meters long.
Cold. Silent. Terrifying.
Pansy's mind went blank.
What… is that…?
Before she could process it, more voices echoed from below.
She panicked and bolted upstairs.
Higher. Higher. Anywhere but here.
Her breathing turned ragged as she reached the upper floors. The structure changed—wooden flooring, polished doors, a more refined atmosphere.
At the end of the corridor stood a large meeting room.
Voices came from inside.
Different language again.
She didn't understand a word—but she recognized one thing:
Authority.
Power.
Important people.
Her instincts screamed at her to hide.
She reached for the door—
"Bang!"
It swung open.
A large hand grabbed her by the collar and yanked her inside like she weighed nothing.
"This brat was eavesdropping."
Pansy stumbled forward, nearly collapsing.
Her heart stopped.
She recognized them.
Even without understanding their words—she recognized them.
The elegant elderly woman seated at the center…
Vida Rosier.
A name whispered in Pure-blood circles. A figure tied to dark history.
Around her—more familiar faces.
People who should not be gathered like this.
People connected to something far beyond Hogwarts.
Then—
A young man stood up.
One grey eye. Calm. Cold.
He looked directly at her.
"Pansy Parkinson… did you trespass into Audrey's room?"
The words were clear.
Perfectly clear.
And in that instant—
Everything connected.
Audrey's room.
This place.
These people.
The rumors.
The strange magic.
The blue fire.
The whispers of Dark Wizards.
Her blood ran cold.
Audrey… is connected to all of this.
No… she's at the center of it.
Pansy's entire body began to shake.
This wasn't a misunderstanding anymore.
This was a secret.
A dangerous secret.
And she had just stumbled right into it.
Her voice broke as she spoke.
"I—I didn't mean to! I just saw Draco go in—I followed him—I didn't know—!"
Tears streamed down her face.
"I'm Pansy Parkinson! From the Parkinson family!"
Her eyes desperately searched the room—until they landed on Vida Rosier.
"Grandma Rosier… I met you before… please… don't kill me…"
Silence.
Heavy.
Cold.
Then—
"Handle it," Vida said calmly.
No emotion.
No hesitation.
Edmond stepped forward, grabbing Pansy by the arm and dragging her out of the room.
The door shut behind them.
The moment it did—
Crack.
The world twisted again.
And the next second—
They stood on a jagged reef.
Endless sea stretched in all directions.
Waves crashed violently against the rocks.
Cold wind howled.
Pansy collapsed instantly, her legs giving out beneath her.
Her mind went blank.
This was it.
This was where it ended.
Her body would disappear into the ocean—
And no one would ever know what she had seen.
