Chapter 115 - God Is Dead

"Hahaha! Interesting." Kokabiel burst out laughing.

With his strength, he naturally understood what had happened to Issei. It was power gained through dragonification at the cost of one of his arms.

But Kokabiel didn't make a move. He was curious if this state could bring him pleasure.

Feeling the power within his body, Issei looked up at Kokabiel. His figure flickered, and he appeared in front of Kokabiel, punching him.

"Hahaha! Not bad power!"

Kokabiel responded to Issei, who had come before him.

Their fists collided and a huge explosion occurred, simultaneously generating a massive shockwave. This impact sent Issei flying backward.

Issei stabilized himself in mid-air, the fighting spirit in his eyes growing even stronger. He accelerated again and charged forward, energy surging wildly around his body.

Kokabiel's lips curled into a smile as he met the charge.

In the sky, a crimson figure and a black figure rapidly collided, each impact accompanied by strong air currents and roaring sounds.

Yuuto looked up worriedly, the others were the same.

Issei pulled back, raised his hand, and a small ball of light appeared in front of him.

Dragon Shoot!

Issei punched it forward. Then, a towering pillar of light shot towards Kokabiel.

Kokabiel looked at the incoming energy and simply grabbed it. The ball of energy was like a toy in his hand.

Kokabiel extended his other hand to the side, and a light ball appeared.

"Back at you!"

Kokabiel merged the two energies together and then threw them towards Issei.

Looking at the huge ball of light coming at him, Issei's expression was solemn. This was an energy ball that combined his own energy with light power, and its destructive force was immense.

But at this moment, he had no room to retreat. The power within his body circulated wildly.

"Boost! Boost!..."

"Ahhhhh!!!!"

Issei raised his right hand, enveloped in energy, and punched forward.

The two energies collided in mid-air, erupting in dazzling light, and the roaring sound shook the very earth.

Issei was quickly engulfed by this energy, stirring up layers of smoke.

"Issei!"

Yuuto couldn't help but shout, then quickly ran over.

"It only managed to pique my interest a little." Kokabiel said disdainfully.

Yuuto looked at Issei, then shoved a Senzu Bean, which he had obtained while fighting Riser, into his mouth. Issei felt much better after swallowing it.

Yuuto looked at Kokabiel, and the Holy Demonic Swords of Twin Supremacy reappeared. He held the sharp sword and walked towards Kokabiel. Xenovia and Irina followed him.

"You two?"

"Kokabiel is the mastermind behind the Holy Sword Project."

"That's right, we also have an obligation to fight him."

Kokabiel looked at the three, a contemptuous smile on his face. "I hope you can bring me some fun."

Xenovia, holding her greatsword, appeared behind him and slashed down, while Yuuto also appeared in front of him.

Kokabiel smiled slightly, and two light swords appeared in his hands, blocking their attacks.

"Oh? Holy Sword and Holy Demonic Sword attacking simultaneously? Interesting."

At this moment, Irina slashed down from the sky.

Kokabiel looked up and smiled faintly. His wings were like sharp blades, sending them flying.

Kokabiel stood on the ground, holding his light sword.

The three once again held their swords.

Kokabiel looked at the three, his hands joined, and the light swords in his hands erupted with energy.

Two slashes rushed towards the three. The three quickly defended but soon they were knocked away.

Kokabiel raised his hand, and a ball of light instantly shot out.

Xenovia raised Durandal, blocking in front of her, the powerful impact plowing a gully in the ground.

Kokabiel looked at the Holy Sword duo. "I didn't expect there to be such loyal dogs, still fighting for their master even after he died."

Xenovia and Irina paused slightly.

What did he mean!

Rias and the others knew what Kokabiel meant.

Regarding God, when they were young, under Abel's questioning, all blood relatives of Satans knew that in the last Great War, God and the Four Satans had died.

The population of their race was a big issue.

The Devil side was still fine. With a researcher like Ajuka, there was no need to worry about the continuation of the Devil bloodline. But pure-blooded Devils were still rare.

The same was true for the Fallen Angels and Angels.

Angels had no knowledge of reincarnation, and Azazel of the Fallen Angels was obsessed with Sacred Gears and didn't care about these things.

"What do you mean!"

Xenovia and Irina looked at Kokabiel and asked.

Kokabiel covered his face and laughed loudly, as if he had heard some amusing question.

"In the last Great War of the Three Factions, God and Satans all died!"

Xenovia and Irina were full of disbelief, and Asia was the same.

Abel's Peerage didn't have much reaction.

"No... no way."

Xenovia and Irina lost their fighting spirit.

God was dead.

Xenovia collapsed, while Irina began to feel lost.

Outside the barrier.

"Aren't you going to help?" Grayfia asked Abel.

"No need."

Abel smiled. "Don't you think it's interesting to reincarnate Holy Sword wielders whose faith has been shattered into Devils?"

Abel had been observing here for some time.

If he wanted to make a move, he would have done so earlier.

It was just that his Peerage, Rias and the others below hadn't even used his protection.

"My Lord."

At this moment, Elsha and Vali walked over.

Abel nodded at Elsha. Then he looked at Vali, who was a bit disheveled. Vali also looked at Abel in front of him.

Both guys simultaneously complained internally.

This damn tsundere (mischievous) white-haired guy.

The two knew each other. Abel was present for all of Vali's dark history when he was a child. He had no memory at the time, so he didn't think much of it.

The two came and went and could be considered acquainted.
