All Might rounded the final corner, and his eyes widened for the briefest moment. At the end of the long, dim corridor, All for One sat atop a mountain of unconscious villains and henchmen, his long trench coat draped like a shadow across them. The faint hum of dark quirk energy pulsed through the air.
"All Might," All for One said, voice smooth, deliberate. "You come charging in as always. Predictable. So eager to play the hero."
All Might tightened his fists. "I don't have time for your games. You end this now!"
All for One's thin smile widened. "Do you ever think of her? Nana Shimura? You carry her memory, do you not? The great Symbol of Peace, trembling under the weight of the past. Do you feel it? That guilt?"
All Might's jaw clenched, but he did not answer. His heart pounded with rage.
"All for One, face me!" he bellowed, launching forward. His fists were a blur, each step sending shockwaves through the floor.
All for One's hand shot out, and a strange force rippled from it, forming a translucent barrier that met All Might's charge. The impact reverberated, dust raining from the ceiling.
"You think brute strength alone will topple me?" All for One taunted, flicking his wrist. The barrier expanded, pushing All Might back. "So stubborn. So... idealistic."
With a roar, All Might slammed into it again, pushing with every ounce of his body. The barrier shook. All for One's eyes gleamed with amusement as he activated another quirk, summoning dozens of small tendrils from the bodies beneath him. They lashed out, trying to grab All Might, pin him, hinder his movements.
He dodged, striking a wall to ricochet sideways, sending the tendrils snapping back into All for One's mound of victims. Concrete cracked under his weight.
"All Might... always so righteous," All for One continued, summoning a spiked metal chain from his arm, swinging it across the corridor. "Tell me... do you think she would approve of this madness?"
"I don't care for your games!" All Might shouted, smashing the chain aside with a single punch. Sparks flew, metal screeching against stone.
Gran Torino zipped past in a silver blur, taking out a pair of minor villains who had stumbled into the corridor. One second he was above them, the next he slammed into the floor, throwing them both into a wall with precise force.
"All minor threats are handled, Toshinori!" Gran Torino's voice crackled over the comms. "Focus on the main event!"
All Might lunged again, this time using his momentum to crash into the mound of bodies. He punched through All for One's next quirk: a rapidly forming, jagged metal cage that tried to trap him. Shards flew like bullets as he tore through it, every blow sending All for One's minions skidding across the floor.
"Your strength is impressive," All for One said, standing at the peak of his pile. He lifted his arms, and red energy surged outward, forming multiple shadowy illusions of himself. They spread through the corridor, striking from all angles.
All Might didn't falter. He ducked under one illusion clone, pivoted, and smashed a wall to deflect another. His fists struck with precise, explosive force, shattering concrete and sending dust and debris into the air. The illusion dispersed.
"All Might," All for One's voice dripped venom, "you are the symbol of peace, but what does peace mean when so many die in your name? Nana believed in you. Did she ever tell you what failure feels like?"
"I will never fail!" All Might bellowed.
All for One smirked, summoning a dark sphere in his hand. With a flick, it shot forward like a missile. All Might dodged, sliding along the debris-covered floor, then countered with a midair strike, punching the sphere apart. Sparks and shards of energy exploded across the corridor.
Gran Torino appeared again, smashing through a ceiling panel to take out a villain who had recovered. "Hurry up, Toshinori! He's using every trick he has!"
"All Might!" a distant voice crackled. It was Sir Nighteye. "All the villains are captured, its up to you"
"I understand!" All Might shouted, moving faster than ever. He launched himself at All for One again, breaking through reinforced walls and quirk traps, leaving shattered debris and twisted metal in his wake.
All for One finally rose fully from the pile, cloak flowing like a storm cloud. "Persistent. I will give you that. But persistence alone will not stop me. How long will you keep trying, All Might?"
"Shut up!" All Might's voice thundered, echoing through the corridor.
With a burst of speed, All Might became a blur, fists flying like meteors, each strike smashing through quirk-generated defenses. The corridor was chaos incarnate, walls cracking, floors trembling, lights flickering, and the air alive with the clash of power.
Gran Torino zipped through the background, disarming minor traps and scattering any reinforcements All for One tried to throw at All Might. The heroes worked in perfect coordination: one a storm of raw strength, the other a streak of untouchable speed.
And somewhere in the shadows, Reinhard watched, unseen, heartbeat pounding in his chest. His body tensed, ready, the Divine Protection of Stealth keeping him invisible even to All Might. He would make sure his mentor survived this, no matter what.
