Chapter 236 - Fluid Tiger - Conditions To Evolve - Chapter 236

After the call ended, ten minutes later, Conrad got a notification from his bank that one billion more was deposited into his account.

All things considered, he had around four billion jenny in his name. This was not a bad amount of money at all.

"It seems like it is time for me to contact a wealth management company and let them decide on investments." Conrad thought.

He already planned before that he needed to use his money to gather more investments, so whenever he needs money, he should not need to act himself to gather money.

There is no need for his money to stay in his place. As long as he has some money, other funds can be allocated to investments.

Conrad first entered his room and then opened the computer and did some research. After some thoughts, he decided to work with "First Bank Company." It was one of the big banking companies in the whole known world.

Battera and similar rich people used it, so it should not be that bad.

After contacting them, processes went fast due to his identity as a Hunter; he first transferred his funds from his bank to a new account at the First Bank Company and let the wealth manager that was allocated to him, a pretty woman with an impressive resume, work with one billion yen.

He said explicitly that he would like businesses and places that would bring monthly revenue for him.

The woman nodded and prepared everything; the cut was 15% of the net profit of the investments done by the First Bank Company.

Several hours later, Conrad finished what he needed to do and nodded.

A document was sent to his mail, and he read it.

"Conrad Everest."

"Estates and Investments."

"Three-Story Hotel & Three Stars in 'Heavens Arena City.'"

"New Investments."

"Four residential buildings in York New City"

"Total monthly income, 20,000,000 Jenny, after cut 18,500,000 Jenny."

Conrad nodded.

"Monthly income of 18,500,000, Jenny; if Leorio heard about it, he would like a piece of it." Conrad thought and then closed his computer and kept on training.

Anisa and Adarte walked in a desert place side by side; the arid and waterless area seemed like a no-man's-land from all points of view.

Adarte asked.

"I think it is time for you to tell me about your creational condition. I am helping you; I deserve to know that."

Anisa looked at Adarte and smiled and nodded.

"I have two conditions to use my nen ability from now on then."

"It is that I should journey to no man's area and then find a living being, and it is a race to help it to survive from a relatively mid-sized danger..."

"After I complete this, I will have my ability back, and it will be more powerful and easy to use, as Conrad said."

Adarte nodded.

"Do you have a reason to choose this place, or is it just blind exploration?"

Anisa nodded.

"I do have a reason."

There is a nomad people, called Boli Desert People, living here in these lands."

"I heard that they were working to build themselves wells, but they are not able to due to a relatively problematic creature called the Boli Worm."

"If Boli Worms are pushed back, the wells will be built, and I should be saving their future; it will be enough to complete my conditions..."

Adarte nodded.

"Great."

"Now that I know I will need to fight against worms, I feel better."

Anisa laughed.

"Do not tell me a hard man like you is scared of some worms."

Adarte shook his head.

"It is their movement that I don't like."

The duo then continued on their way to find Boli Desert People.

While at the same time, Reginald and Lina were on top of a tree, looking at the horizon.

"So."

"Reginald, do you think you can find that life form that is too abstract to start with?" Lina said her face showed helplessness.

Reginald smiled.

"I believe I can."

"I need to find that creature, "Fluid Tiger," and form a connection with it for three days of time to evolve my nen ability.

Fluid Tiger, as its name suggests, was able to turn some parts of its body into a water-like substance and change forms.

It can get close to a tree and change to fluid and latch onto a tree or the ground; it was a weird creature that is dangerous and has some docile tendencies also.

Lina nodded.

"If you believe, you can do it; I think you should be able to."

Reginald nodded,

"I must do it."

"After I thought about what Conrad told us about all the things about NEN and how we use it..."

"I understand that we made big mistakes and sacrificed too much for practical abilities."

"At least, that is it for Anisa and me."

"I need a power that would not make me blind in the future."

Lina smiled.

Reginald then laughed as he added.

"If I were to turn blind, how would I see how beautiful you are? It would be a grave mistake on my end."

As Reginald said those words, Lina laughed and playfully hit the right shoulder of Reginald.

"You should focus; it is no time to flirt..." she said.

Reginald smiled back and then kept on looking all around the forest and the ground to find the Liquid Tiger in some way.

Conrad, as always, ate food, trained, and spent time reading books about the general knowledge of Ice Cradle, traditions, how people there responded to outsiders, and many other things.

"So, they respect physical power and capability to keep your body heat in your body."

"I get the first one, but the second one is unusual and also expected from a culture based on living in that cold place."

"It is said that there is a crystal named Blue Ice Minion that they are collecting and mining."

"It is the main source of income, and it is hard to break and dangerous to work with. One touch to this minion and small crystal is enough to freeze an adult man's hand to the core, and the only way to save the people is to cut the hand from where it froze."

"I think I should be able to handle them."
