CHAPTER 1 elevators to what?!
Minyung hikaito slowly opened his eyes with a loud groan his surroundings felt oddly cold and chilly like he had just fallen asleep in the middle of mount everest..wait that wasn't what his classroom had felt like!?
He opened his eyes and immediately sat up the proceeded to look up and what he saw left his jaw open, he was in the middle of a snowy village..huh he might have been dreaming so he decided to lay back down smiling dumbly to himself thinking his mind was just playing with him, right?
after what felt like 100 hours he slowly muttered to himself loudly at this point he can't even call that muttering" fuck me" he sat up and rubbed his eyes vigorously thinking to himself where the actually hell was he?! Wasn't he just in his cozy classroom chair?!
He could have sworn he was just in his classroom chair a moment ago sleeping like he didn't give a shit about the world, Was this some kind of punishment for failing his yearly exam and fucking up his subject exams? Nah. No way. Right?.. he wasn't sure anymore.
It was a rather Bazar sight, like think about it sleeping in your classroom looking cozy then suddenly being teleported in a snowy village that had 14 inches of snow, now that's just insane looked like it had snowed for a while and it was an odd sight no villagers in sight, no minyungs just fucking dumb why would their be villagers in the middle of winter especially with snow that's literally 14 inches deep he mentally scolded himself and hit his head with his wrist.

He was oddly a little too calm for being teleported in the middle of nowhere, though he was thankful that he had chosen to wore his full schools uniform today to atleats resist some of the freezing temperatures He had been wearing a school uniform-style outfit, featuring a white outer jacket or shirt with blue trim and a yellow bow-tie, over a beige or light yellow vest.
He chuckled to himself atleast he looked good.
Now you might say why minyungs not panicking? Well an old friend had thought him " Well just keep this in mind, if you don't noodles, don't noodles, if your not aware of your situation then don't panick , and beware of the consequences, you dumb bitch" well damm that certainly hurt his precious ego.
Now to be serious, minyung observed his surroundings, now he was certainly confused he didn't know a single thing at all, he soon decided to walk towards the still visible path on the ground using his foot to push away the snow covering the snow covered path, his breath was turning into smoke as he breathed, the longer he stayed there the longer it would take to reach whatever in hell he was trying to reach anyways.
He soon saw lantern lights from a distance and decided to start running instead of wasting his time walking through the densely packed snow that was almost up to his knee as he tried to run the snow proceeded to get higher and higher, his lung's started to hurt from the freezing temperatures his finger and leg freezing and he certainly had to admit it, it fucking hurt.
He started to run as fast as possible almost tripping in the snow and falling face first then he finally saw it.
a big cabin made from wood about 5 floors their were visible taxidermy's of deer heads displayed outside the door but from afar it could barely be seen due to the heavy snow a clear sign of a hunter living inside but he could clearly make out visible silhouettes inside.
He ran like his life depended on it and it sure did he ran so fast that when he reached the door he slammed his shoulder into the wooden door causing the already unstable door to shake violently and creek loudly, minyung had cursed, his shoulder felt like actual shit,
Now he was sure he had scared the villagers inside to death now who wouldn't be scared to death I mean think about it your talking happily with your family and then you guys hear a loud ass bang from heard from the door.
He immediately opened the door and fell inside the warm caven sighing in relief, after about a few second sof laying their panting minyung had soon looked up ans saw about 15 people sitting and standing looking at him, by their faces minyung good guess that all of them were in their 20's some looked like 18 or 19, fanilly a girl who looked particularly nice and worried broke the tense silence and asked minyung "are you okay? "
Minyung nodded slowly patting at his school uniform and sitting up on the floor arms crossed and proceeded to shamelessly make face's towards the people infront of him but it wasn't that bad he soon hummed still looking around the group of people he looked confused to death he had expected villagers or even the hunter inside but he didn't expect modern looking people here looking confused and terrified and completely out of place too.
he scanned the room with a dumb face everyone looked at him with curiosity and worry, a good amount were men in the 15 People present and around 5 women the remaining were male, but he could clearly see some older men look at him with different intentions, well great add fucking freaks in the count to while your at it author.

His eyes soon landed on a particular guy who was sitting on the caven stairs, minyungs eyes lightened the guy was extremely handsome he had black hair that was parted in the middle it looked soft and messy a little wavy he had pale skin and sharp features he was wearing a school uniform too it looked like a Korean school uniform it was the schoold jackets that students wore and school pants to, while minyungs was a Japanese uniform minyung thought the guy was exceptionally handsome if it weren't for that fat ass frown on his face if only minyung could slap that frown away hard and admire that worthy painting face.
Minyung who was still shamelessly sitting up on the floor slowly turned to the girl earlier and smiled saying "I'm fine" his smile was exceptionally cute paired with a cheerful expression with bright blue eyes that had a subtle sparkle effect and defined lower eyelashes. His fluffy, layered hair is a mix of light and dark brown shades, swept casually across his forehead. If he smiled it would shown a wide, open-mouthed smile that shows his white teeth but he had a neutral expression, and a visible pink blush on both cheeks he looked like a sunshine person and was actually quiet cute, the girl had blushed at minyung and shyly walked back to her original sitting place.
A man suddenly spoke up "where are we does anyone have an idea?"
Everyone had been quiet from start to beginning and shook their heads some of them had been crying even before minyung made his grand entrance, I wouldn't call that grand author. Out of the 15 people present 4 were crying mostly girls.
Minyung slowly decided to speak but before he could someone interrupted him.
The handsome guy spoke out his voice ice cold " we discussed earlier before you made your hell of a grand entrance and arrived, we had discussed that everyone had gone to an elevator at some point and after about 5 to 10 minutes they had been transported here it seemed to be more like a conditionto be transported here."
Minyung felt specially offended and suprised that the guy manadge to read him like a book by the guys cold look and voice minyung couldn't resist the urge to flip the guy off right then and their, the guy seemed to notice and shot minyung a glare.
They held this staring contest for a while before a boy suddenly interfered " Hey hey now no need to fight~"
The boy had a flirtatious tone and playful aura around him the boy looked particularly like a pretty boy His black hair and bangs that covered his forehead, he had black eyes and a playful smirk, giving a somewhat intense or eerie look. he had A slight, confident, and somewhat mischievous smirk visible on the boy he was a pretty boy with a slight mischievousnes you could already see from 10 miles he was wearing a white hoodie and black inner shirt the hoodie was slightly unzipped revealing the black shirt and he wore trousers.
Minyung looked suprised this guy had appeared out of nowhere minyung could have sworn he didn't see this guy when he first analyzed the group I mean he had been staring at the group for 1 hour atleast be couldn't have missed a spot he might have gone blind, minyung was sure he might have gone insane the boy smirked and was now interfering with minyung and this ice kings staring contest nah more like wishing each other death wishes.
" names zhao baijie" the guy smiled at minyung playfully minyung felt like their was something wrong with this guy he had the aura of a psychopath minyung thought, but played along and warily uttered"minyung hikaito." The boy looked momentarily shocked then uttered "Japanese?" Minyung nodded warily yes the boy smiled "Chinese"
as they were talking their was a subtle creek from the poor unstable door minyung had wrestled earlier the door had opened and a man who was tall and slightly chubby entered the room he had a large beard and a black patch on his left eyes and wore furry clothing from a close expecting eye sit looked like animal fur surely the hunter who lived here the man had a Shotgun in hand a needle sized stick in his mouth he looked rugged and he smiled creepily at the people infront at him their was a subtle hungry look in his cold dark eyes "Ah new guest the system really favors me ~, listen up chickens you'll be staying here for ten days make yourselves at home" not saying anything more what he had just said felt empty why did it feel like he was deliberately keeping important information from them a secret? this fatass- but his smile was especially creepy to say the least.
but suddenly the handsome guy spoke out in an annoyed tone seemingly catching up with the hunters antics " shouldn't you give us more info? I saw a news paper on the pole outside it said don't go outside at night what time exactly at night? And why exactly shouldn't we go out?" The man's smile faltered and then glared at the guy seemingly didn't expect someone to have the audacity to actually ask for more information especially be so arrogant while doing it but he gave in and gave a slow growl while reluctantly answering " 1 to 4 am you shouldn't go out."
The handsome man didn't look like he was having it and spoke again firmly this time as if tempting the NPC " Come on give us more answers. aren't you a crucial NPC? your supposed to answer and give us proper one's while your at it."
The hunter stayed silent glaring at the guy and slowly said in a cold tone " that's for you to figure out."
The ice king frowned seemingly not enjoying their banter of incomplete answers.
And spoke out again" isn't this unfair?"
The hunter suddenly grinned "players aren't supposed to ask so much questions solve it by yourself."
Everyone in the room was a mess some crying and sobbing some were calm but from the looks they were also panicking internally, the crying was just..let's just say annoying af.

But as they were whispering and discussing a low snicker echoed from behind them as something came flying out from above the groups heads minyung couldn't make it out but could clearly see a faint color of silver and something sharp...wait...a butterfly knife?! How the hell-
the knife landed right next to the hunters head.
Zhao baijie stood up from his sitting spot and smirked saying in a low tone as if tempting the NPC "since the game just started that means you still can't do anything to us and we still haven't broken any conditions to make you sure of killing us, if you won't give us info then we'll just force it out bit by agonizing bit, isn't it quite unfair for us to start off with no useful or valuable info? Isn't that just asking death for a trip to your soon To be grave?~." He smiled so creepily to the point of even making the hunter shiver but before baijie could step closer the hunter raised the Shotgun that had been neglected by the readers :<* thought baijie was ganna get the upper hand? Haha.
Zhai baijie smiled sweetly that eerie smile from earlier had completely vanished " no need for a fight~"
Like he didn't just throw a knife at the hunters head.

Baijie:well damm that hurt my ego atleats show mercy I was getting confident here you know?
The ice king stood up saying in a rather calm manner the hunter pointed the Shotgun at him as the ice king slowly approached the guns barrel was right up the ice kings chest then he whistled smirking handsomely "i know you don't have bullets its impossible for the system to give you bullets since the hunting time hasn't started yet"
The hunter looked utterly hopeless was the system sabotaging him on purpose by bringing smart-ass people inside the elevator?
The hunter tried to attempt and escape quickly opening the cabin door but was blocked by minyung who was "not so fast unc~"
The hunter looked utterly offended as the creepy baijie snuck up and said in a low tone "spill the tea unc before its cold~"
The hunter growled looking utterly sabotaged and fucked up by the system and slowly decided to speak in a defeated tone " you need to watch out for the snow woman she specializes in using her other worldly beauty to lure humans out into the night and beware if her singing it can lure you she can take form of any humans or NPC even me, she specializes in asking questions and one condition for her to kill you is if you get lured or answer any of her questions your dead she also specializes in freezing you to death if you stay in the snow to long and also likes to trap victims in blizzards " the hunter lookes at the creepy baijie againg seeing the guy didn't have any more questions the hunter growled and walked away into the long hallways, slowly walking away seemingly not wanting to answer anymore questions from the annoying human.
After a moment of silence the handsome guy sighed heavily and walkd in the middle he was exceptionally tall " Listen to the hunter I've entered this kinds of places their called elevators to faith it like the things you see in novels and stuff that guy was the NPC the first NPC's you see once you enter these worlds are guide NPC's that give you the rules but it depends on the NPC if they share information or not the harder the elevator floor the little information you gain it seemed the hunter gave a good amount of info it seems that a good amount of the 15 people here are in their first elevator floor the rules the NPC's that gives you instructions are mostly not a lie you should follow the NPC's rules or else you can die and I mean die for real once you die in this illusion something worse in real life will happen."
he had explained with that fat ass frown from before minyung really hated this guy, he looked around and saw everyone group themselves up they seemed exceptionally calm some still crying but had calmed down some still looked terrified at the mention of dieng in real life, he wanted to group up to and looked up and saw that pretty boy and handsome boy were the only ones still left and minyung sighed and thought seriously, being the dumbass he is he picked Ruan baijie he looked more friendlier then that ice king guy and approached baijie he smiled down at minyung and slowly said in a flirtatious tone "hehe wanna team up minmin~?"
Minyung grimaced internally at the nickname ⁿand muttered forcefully" yeas and don't call me that."
Baijie chuckled lightly and hummed annoyingly but minyung noticed ice king approaching he frowned, can't this guy read the room?!.
The ice king seemed to notice minyungs glare and the corners of his lips curled slightly the famous ice king Said in a calm voice"Team up." Baijie smiled and stayed silent but slowly said a plain "sure"
Minyung looked utterly hopeless and just smiled like he accepted his demise his shoulders slumping, he looked to his left, creepy baijie smiling dumbly, he looked to his right the Infamous ice king, these partners smell like disaster and to be honest smell like absolute menises to the system while minyung was the hopeless y/n samm that hurt his ego.
But it was a nice risk the infamous ice king looked like he was experienced and creepy Ruan to Minyung sighed elevators to faith? More like elevators to hell.
