Nora's POV
"Miguel?" James repeats the name, his voice carrying a note of confusion.
"You dare speak his sacred name!" the demon spits, fury radiating from every word.
"Miguel," Reina chimes in, scrunching up her face. "That sounds like some kind of medication you'd see advertised on television."
"Right? It totally does," I chuckle despite the situation. "Now, what should we do with our uninvited guest here." I drum my fingers against my bottom lip, considering our options.
"End him," James suggests with the same casual tone he might use to recommend pizza for dinner. "He's shared everything useful he knows."
"True enough." I raise my palms and watch the hellfire dance brighter between my fingers.
"Hold on," Brent interrupts, taking a step closer. "Shouldn't we move this outside first? Much easier cleanup that way."
