Chapter 204 - Chapter 207 The Fourth Bullet

  "See this cup?"

Finney held up the cup in front of Tony for him to see.

  "What's wrong?"

  Tony nodded, puzzled.

  "Smash!"

Finney didn't answer, but instead casually threw the cup to the ground, shattering its exquisite design into pieces.

  "What are you doing?"

Tony was stunned, looking at the fragments on the ground, somewhat confused about Finney's intentions.

  "Come out, Zadkiel!"

Seeing Finney's eyes suddenly change, a golden clock appeared behind him, and two ancient-looking guns appeared in his hands, startling Tony.

Then, curious, he walked over to Finney to see what he was planning.

Finney didn't waste any words; after all, the longer time passed, the more time was consumed. He hadn't yet used 'Time-Gnawing City' to absorb time, so what he was consuming now was his own time.

  "The Fourth Bullet!"

A red aura suddenly flowed from the number four on the golden clock behind him and entered the spear in his left hand.

Then, under Tony's curious, inquisitive, and slightly nervous gaze, Finney, wielding an ancient-style spear, fired at the broken cup on the ground.

The bullet wasn't particularly fast, and upon striking the shards, a mysterious and profound power immediately enveloped all the fragments.

Like a video rewinding, the fragments gradually merged, and in the blink of an eye, they transformed back into a beautiful cup, standing quietly on the ground.

  "J.a.r.v.i.s!"

Seeing this, Tony was slightly stunned, but didn't immediately believe it. Instead, he called out to Jarvis.

"I'm sorry, sir, I cannot analyze what just happened!"

J.a.r.v.i.s's artificial intelligence was highly advanced and understood Tony's habits, so with just a call, it understood the question Tony wanted to ask.

  "Was it really time reversal?"

Tony then looked at Finney. He knew Finney possessed many extraordinary abilities, and there were still a few questions he didn't understand, such as how he had controlled J.a.r.v.i.s during their first meeting.

"I don't need to gamble with your life!"

Finney sighed, retracting Zadkiel and looking at Tony's chest. "This thing will be a problem sooner or later; you'll have to face it eventually. Do you intend to keep it forever?"

Tony remained silent. He actually believed Finney wouldn't suddenly try to harm him without reason, but he couldn't overcome his own inner conflict.

  "Let me think about it!"

Tony ultimately didn't agree directly, but he didn't refuse either.

Finney didn't press him. This matter wouldn't actually benefit him much; it would only consume his lifespan. He mainly wanted to repay the favor of those who had asked for the miniature arc reactor recently.

Tony picked up the cup from the ground, examined it carefully for a while, and then suddenly said, "Why don't you demonstrate your ability again? If time reversal really works, then many theories will have to be redefined."

"Focus on studying our spaceship. If you're not planning on surgery, I might have to go to Asgard soon."

Finney rolled his eyes. Before absorbing time, he absolutely wouldn't use the 'Fourth Bullet' lightly. Although he was still young, if he accidentally used it too much one day, he'd just die instantly.

  "You're going to Asgard? How?"

  Tony looked surprised and curious.

  "It's not certain yet."

Finney shook his head. He was also struggling with this issue. With his current abilities, he should be able to teleport across Earth if he used the power of the Space Stone.

But the key was that he had never been to Asgard and didn't know its exact location, so he had no coordinates to teleport.

His current thought was to ask the Ancient One, and going to Asgard also required the Ancient One's permission.

While enjoying the convenience of being a sorcerer at Kamar-Taj, he also had to bear some responsibility towards it.

"Alright, I'm leaving now. If you make a decision, it's best to contact me in the next few days."

Finney waved and prepared to leave. Although he had more time now that he had graduated, he also had more things to do.

  "Okay!"

Tony nodded. After Finney opened the portal and left, he looked at the cup in his hand with a complicated expression, while touching his chest, thinking about the surgery.

Meanwhile, after leaving Tony's house, Finney didn't go home but went to the laboratory in Seoul.

After changing his clothes and casually putting on a mask for concealment, Finney entered the lab using his ID card.

He then found Zhao Hailun, who was researching the Mind Scepter, intending to discuss Shuri's upcoming assistance.

In the office, looking at the nervous Zhao Hailun, Finney sighed and asked, spreading his hands, "Do I look scary?"

  "No, no, you're very handsome!"

Zhao Hailun quickly shook her head, but after saying that, her fair face flushed slightly, and she lowered her head, unable to look at Finney again.

"You're very beautiful too, please sit down!"

Finney smiled and gestured for Zhao Hailun to sit on the sofa before gently continuing, "How's your research going? Is it tough?"

  "It's alright!"

Zhao Hailun still seemed a little nervous, but much better than before. She even sounded excited when talking about her research: "That gem is more complex than anything I've ever encountered, and it contains immense power; it's unbelievable."

"It's one of the six most powerful stones in the universe. Remember to be extremely careful while you're researching it."

Hearing this, Finney couldn't help but give him another warning.

  "Okay!"

  Zhao Hailun nodded seriously.

"I actually came here to tell you something."

Finney then began to explain the purpose of his visit: "I recently met a very talented young woman who has just researched another similar gem."

"So I asked her to come and help. I hope you don't mind."

  "I don't mind."

Zhao Hailun immediately shook her head. She knew how complex the Mind Stone was, so she was only happy to have someone help her and didn't mind at all.

Moreover, she wanted to finish this project as soon as possible and then quickly return to continue her 'Regeneration Cradle'. After studying the Mind Stone, she had a whole host of spiritual insights.

"But don't worry, you'll still be primarily in charge of this experiment. It's just that her identity is a bit special, so she might need to bring a few female bodyguards. But if anyone bullies you, tell me immediately."

Although Shuri was asked to help, the lab was still his, and Zhao Hailun was his person, so Finney didn't want her to be usurped or have her people bullied.

Looking at Finney's domineering CEO-like demeanor, Zhao Hailun's face flushed again as she nodded and quietly agreed, while also feeling curious about the identity of the girl Finney was referring to as helping.
