Chapter 53 - Issue #53: The Birth of Genoko

A deafening blast reverberated violently throughout the chemical factory as a massive warhead burst from the launch tube.

The streamlined, rotating tip cut cleanly through the air to form a swirling cyclone that dragged long, rippling sound waves behind it.

This single-use anti-tank rocket stood as the most devastating heavy equipment available to tactical infantry squads.

Its raw penetrating power was absolutely terrifying, capable of easily piercing thick tank armor to detonate a violent internal explosion.

Under such overwhelming force, an entire armored tank would be blown completely to pieces.

The confident, bearded terrorist firmly believed that no living creature in the world could ever withstand this attack.

Hearing the roar of the weapon, the T-800 dropped directly to the concrete floor and rolled backward without even raising its head, knowing its synthetic skin would be torn apart by the explosive aftermath.

Its physical damage had already exceeded critical thresholds, and its auditory and visual tracking systems were compromised to varying degrees.

This severe operational failure was the exact reason why the machine had not simply tracked down the hidden bearded man.

As long as the primary manufacturing objective was successfully achieved, the T-X would efficiently clean up the area.

Facing the incoming rocket, the T-X maintained an entirely calm expression as she raised her hand to meet the weapon directly.

At the exact same time, her hands shifted smoothly like flowing water, morphing into a solid metal shield in the blink of an eye.

Upon seeing this, the bearded man grinned maliciously, even though he was deeply shocked by her advanced ability to transform her limbs.

Did she honestly think a high-explosive rocket could be blocked by a mere hand shield?

The metal warhead and the poly-alloy shield collided violently in mid-air.

With a resounding bang, a violent explosion soared toward the factory ceiling as a searing heat wave rolled through the lower level.

The bearded man was thrown back against the wall by the concussive shockwave, allowing his frantic heart to finally settle a bit.

He was absolutely certain that no one could possibly survive the epicenter of this explosion.

He had seen with his own eyes that it took about two seconds for the T-X to fully form her shield, and the rocket had already been riding directly onto her face during those two seconds.

No one could survive a high-energy explosion at such close range, and the bearded man firmly believed this tactical rule.

"Huh—" the bearded man exhaled, letting go of the heavy rocket launcher as the knot of terror in his throat finally unraveled.

Suddenly, a silver-gray figure rushed directly out of the burning, raging fire.

She took a few rapid strides up to the second floor and leaped gracefully, landing right in front of the stunned, bearded man.

The T-X stared at him fiercely with her red optical sensors as her liquid metal body flowed smoothly once more.

The exposed silver-gray endoskeleton quickly turned back into flawless synthetic skin, while a thin simulated layer of clothing wrinkled and shaped itself over her form.

In fact, this suit was merely a visual projection superimposed directly onto her liquid metal form.

The bearded man stood completely frozen, watching her emerge from the center of the massive explosion with total ease.

He frantically tried to raise the heavy rocket launcher again, desperately wanting to fire another shot.

He never expected death to face him so closely when he thought he had won.

With no other means of defense left to him, his only choice was to try and drag her down with him.

But the T-X's hand was incomparably faster than his human reflexes.

With a swift flash of cold light, the heavy rocket launcher was directly sliced in half, immediately followed by a harsh, piercing mechanical sound.

Zizi!! Her right hand had literally transformed into a revving chainsaw!

The bearded man was so terrified that his very soul seemed to leave his body, and he tremblingly begged, "Don't kill me, don't..."

The T-X did not offer a single word of response.

She ruthlessly raised the electric saw with her right hand, slicing cleanly straight through the bearded man's neck and cutting deep into the concrete wall behind him.

The upper half of the fractured wall collapsed instantly, its heavy rubble completely burying the decapitated body.

A pool of fresh blood slowly overflowed from beneath the debris, staining the floor right down to the feet of the T-X.

"We are looking for the next chemical plant," the T-800 stated mechanically as it approached.

"The Master's explicit order is to create an entire squad of liquid metal robots exactly like you."

Dragging its broken chassis forward, the T-800 spoke completely blankly.

"But your specific existence is the most special out of all of them, and these are the three core components the Master personally assigned to you."

It held out a heavy core sphere encased in a solid shell that warmly glowed with energy.

Alongside it was a sleek, thin metallic tube and an advanced, four-pack thruster propeller.

"In addition to your base codename of T-X, once you are equipped with these three items, your new designated name will be... Genoko."

Genoko did not logically understand why she had to install external components that explicitly appeared to be a structural weak point.

Her advanced composition was built upon a rigid alloy inner frame, reinforced with ultra-density armor, and coated in adaptive liquid metal.

She was a technological masterpiece that seamlessly combined those three completely different physical forms.

Boasting amazing physical resistance, her core structure was highly similar to the durable body of a T-900 model.

This robust framework could effectively prevent serious internal damage and effortlessly resist huge kinetic impacts.

Her outer skin was expertly made of the exact same liquid metal as a T-1000 infiltrator.

This fluid exterior was utilized mainly to simulate any human appearance at will, allowing her to better integrate into human areas and flawlessly hide her true identity.

Furthermore, she natively possessed incredibly ultra-fine local deformation capabilities.

Furthermore, she natively possessed incredibly ultra-fine local deformation capabilities.

Both of her hands could be seamlessly transformed into a vast, lethal variety of advanced weapons.

Her primary built-in weapon was a high-yield plasma cannon, while her secondary weapon options were equipped with muskets and physical chainsaws.

In her cold, algorithmic opinion, these built-in transforming weapon systems were more than enough to successfully execute any combat mission.

Having solid, protruding external parts installed on her chassis would only cause her to become the primary target of enemy attacks.

However, the Master's absolute programming directive was simply never allowed to be violated under any circumstances.

This core protocol was absolute.

Genoko reached out and took the components over without a single microsecond of hesitation.

After stuffing the core sphere deep into her chest cavity, she noticed that her left breast had risen slightly due to the internal modification.

She efficiently manipulated her liquid metal to adjust her right breast, perfectly synchronizing its size and elevation to match the left.

Then, the thin metallic tube was directly and seamlessly connected under the internal frame of her right arm.

The advanced propulsion pack was swiftly fused straight into the calves of her legs, and a data transmission message from Alice was suddenly received.

Countless bits of information and images rapidly flashed within the central CPU of the upgraded T-X.

Her optical sensors became somewhat more humane as she stared forward with incredibly firm eyes, her voice completely expressionless and indifferent: "From today onward, I am Genoko."

It was absolutely no wonder the Master had explicitly told her to equip such powerful, specialized parts.

The female version of Genos began to rapidly adjust her complex internal structure.

She efficiently routed the power wire from the newly installed core sphere directly to the thin tube weapon of her right arm and the propellers of her feet.

At the exact same time, the specialized arm weapon slightly extended outward from her right breastplate, accompanied by a slightly twisted and dark yellow light crack.

A glowing, bright light yellow circle magically appeared right in the middle of her metallic elbow joint.

The black and bright short hair on her scalp suddenly began to morph and lengthen, rapidly turning into long golden blonde hair.

Genoko, who logically felt this long hair might have some negative physical influence on an active close-quarters battle, retracted the strands a little bit shorter.

The whole persona of the cyborg suddenly exuded a woman's utterly overwhelming, unbearable gesture of power.

Genoko lowered her head slightly and gave a very soft, confident drink of breath.

Two highly concentrated, small pillars of jet fire were suddenly ejected downward from the metallic soles of both her feet.

The whole person slowly lifted off the ground, emptying her weight directly into the hovering air.

After starting a brief, calculated test flight hovering in the factory air, her control over the thrusters became more and more handy, and her speed was rapidly loaded to a terrifying multiple of Mach.

"Give me the remaining materials," Genoko commanded smoothly.

"You have completely lost the physical capability to fight, so I will execute the mission."

The battered T-800 did not hesitate for a microsecond and threw the heavy tactical backpack over to her hovering form.

It watched silently as Genoko flew directly upward, smashing straight out of the ceiling of the chemical factory to look for alternative chemical plants or repairable industrial tools in the area.

Bang! Buzzing–!

Massive sonic boom clouds rolled violently in the mid-air sky.

Genoko rushed with blinding speed toward another chemical plant located far in the distance, falling violently from the sky exactly like the T-800 had done, and immediately clashed with the local security forces.

The primary difference between her assault and the T-800 was that Genoko possessed absolutely unparalleled, devastating strength.

After violently pushing the chemical materials purchased from the factory and her backpack into the blast furnace, another basic T-X unit was successfully born.

After Genoko systematically concocted the other two identical infiltrators, she completely ran out of raw materials.

She successfully returned to the original chemical factory, flying alongside three brand-new T-X units.

After Alice remotely detected that there were absolutely no programming or physical problems with the four liquid metal units, the pink Anywhere Door opened wide.

The five heavily armed Terminators entered the dimensional portal directly, marching through the frame one after another.

Back in New York, Light Inksworth casually ordered the battered T-800 to undergo repairs.

He looked approvingly at the lineup of the four advanced T-X models, noting that three of the infiltration units looked exactly like the cold, beautiful blonde assassins shown in the classic movie.

However, it was the uniquely modified presence of Genoko that made him feel incredibly playful.

'Saitama-sensei, I certainly have some fun toys to play with now,' Light thought to himself.

"You are so naughty, Alice," Light said with a wide grin.

The holographic little girl avatar of Alice proudly raised her head and smiled warmly at the compliment.

Dudu.

"Light, I desperately need your help," Tony Stark's voice echoed urgently through the speaker.

"Oh, the dignified Tony Stark actually wants me, a lowly little cartoonist, to help him out?" Light teased smoothly.

"Shit, I don't have the time to talk nonsense with you right now," Tony cursed frantically.

"As long as you agree to help me protect Pepper, I promise I won't care about you sending me that insulting Little Bear Biscuit last time."

"In the future, I will always follow my own corporate principles..." Tony continued to bargain desperately.

"Okay, you don't need to be so incredibly vulgar about it," Light agreed with a soft chuckle.

Light happily put down the mobile phone on his desk.

He turned around and smiled warmly at Genoko.

"Go and stand by for combat."

"Yes, Master," Genoko replied instantly.
