It was around 9:30 in the morning when Sebastian finally woke up.
He groaned dramatically as the sunlight
slipped through the curtains and hit his face.
"I hate mornings," he muttered. "I hate the sun. I hate the universe. I hate whoever invented mornings."
He rubbed his face and slowly sat up.
Then he noticed something strange.
The room was… too quiet.
Sebastian blinked and looked around.
Jay Jay was still asleep.
Chloe was curled up under a blanket.
Mateo was sleeping face-down like someone who had absolutely no intention of waking up before noon.
Percy was sleeping with one hand resting dramatically on his chest like a prince in a fairy tale.
Aurora was also still asleep.
Sebastian stared at them.
"…Nobody woke up yet?"
Then suddenly—
A mischievous smile slowly spread across his face.
"Oh… this is perfect."
He quietly grabbed his phone and called room service.
"Hello," he whispered. "Yes, can you bring me… a jug of cold water?"
Ten minutes later, a hotel staff member quietly delivered it.
Sebastian closed the door slowly and turned around like a villain in a movie.
Just then—
Aurora's eyes opened.
She blinked sleepily and looked at Sebastian.
Then she saw the jug of water in his hands.
Her eyes widened.
"…Oh my God."
Aurora immediately realized what Sebastian was planning.
A huge grin appeared on her face.
Slowly, she sat up, slipped into her slippers, and walked over to him.
Before Sebastian could say anything, she leaned forward and kissed him quickly on the lips.
(A.N. : Yes in this story Sebastian and Aurora are together but Leo and Chloe are not , they will be together , but with someone else . )
Sebastian froze for a second.
Aurora whispered excitedly,
"Let's do it."
Sebastian grinned.
"Partners in crime?"
Aurora held up a glass.
"Partners in crime."
They quietly filled two glasses with cold water.
Then they slowly walked toward the sleeping victims.
Jay Jay.
Mateo.
Chloe.
Percy.
Aurora whispered dramatically,
"Ready?"
Sebastian nodded.
They counted together in whispers.
"Three…"
"Two…"
"One."
SPLASH!
Cold water exploded across the four sleeping faces.
Jay Jay, Mateo, Chloe, and Percy shot up instantly, gasping like they had just been pushed into the ocean.
"WHAT THE HELL—?!"
Jay Jay wiped water from her face.
Percy 😱!
"MY HAIR!"
Chloe stared in disbelief.
Mateo looked completely betrayed.
Then all four of them saw the culprits.
Sebastian and Aurora
Standing there.
Holding empty glasses.
Smiling like devils.
For one second, the room was completely silent.
Then Jay Jay shouted,
"JUST WAIT YOU MORONS!"
Percy jumped out of bed.
"You ruined my beauty sleep!" he yelled. "My handsome face requires proper rest!"
Mateo pointed accusingly at Aurora.
"I trusted you! I thought of you as my sister!"
Then he turned toward Sebastian.
"And you… you are a traitor!"
Chloe grabbed a pillow and threw it at Sebastian.
"You son of a— just wait until I catch you!"
Sebastian grabbed Aurora's hand
"RUN!"
And chaos exploded.
Everyone sprinted out of the room and into the hotel hallway.
Jay Jay yelled behind them,
"I swear I will drown both of you!
Percy shouted dramatically while running,
"Sebastian, you will die today! Not by my hands—but by my handsomeness!"
Mateo ran beside Chloe.
"I cannot believe you betrayed us!" he yelled toward Aurora.
Aurora was laughing so hard she could barely run.
Sebastian was laughing too.
The group ran wildly down the hallway, chasing each other like children.
None of them were paying attention to where they were going.
Which was exactly why—
THUD!
Jay Jay and the others suddenly crashed into two people walking from the opposite direction.
Everyone stumbled.
"What the fuck?!" one of them snapped.
Jay Jay looked up.
Then her expression froze.
Standing in front of them were Keigan and Honey.
Keigan stared at Jay Jay in disbelief.
"…Jay?"
Jay Jay straightened up and brushed water from her hair casually.
"What are you doing here?" Keigan asked.
Jay Jay shrugged.
"Nothing. Just came here for some peace after crying over that Kwanan."
"Kwanan?" Keigan repeated.
Jay Jay rolled her eyes.🙄
"Yes, Kwanan, your asshole kuya ."
Honey suddenly stepped forward and looked closely at the group.
Then her eyes widened.
"Wait…"
She pointed at Sebastian.
"Aren't you Sebastian Jay Cavendish, the CEO of Cavendish Capital?"
Sebastian raised an eyebrow but stayed silent.
Honey turned toward Chloe.
"And you… Clara Rose Laurent, the CEO of Laurent Global!"
Chloe blinked in surprise.
Honey then looked at Mateo.
"And you are Mateo Reynard Whitmore… the CEO of Whitmore Nexus!"
Mateo scratched the back of his neck
awkwardly.
Then Honey turned toward Aurora.
Her eyes lit up like she had seen a celebrity.
"Oh my God… Rosemary Aurora Sinclair!"
Aurora blinked.
Honey clasped her hands excitedly.
"You are my inspiration! The CEO of Sinclair Luminara Corp!"
Aurora gave a small polite smile.
Honey then glanced toward Jay Jay.
Her excitement dropped slightly.
"Oh… so you are that Jay."but , what are you people doing here with this ugly.....sorry, Jay
"
The hallway went quiet.
Sebastian immediately stepped forward.
"How dare you call her that?" he said coldly. "Jay Jay is my sister."
Aurora and Chloe stepped beside him.
"She's our sister too," Aurora said sharply.
Chloe crossed her arms.
"You should think before you speak."
Mateo added,
"You don't know her. She is the CEO—"
Suddenly Jay Jay, Sebastian, Aurora, and Chloe all shouted at the same time.
"LEO!"
Mateo froze instantly.
"…Right."
He cleared his throat awkwardly.
"Well… she is our sister."
Meanwhile Honey looked toward Percy.
"And who are you, handsome blue eyes?"
Percy instantly fixed his hair.
"I'm Percy Mariano, stepbrother of Jay Jay and heir of Mariano Holdings."
Keigan's eyes widened.
"…Percy Kuya?"
He stepped forward in shock.
"Wait… you're alive? I thought you were dead!"
Percy smiled calmly.
"As you can see, I'm very much alive."
He studied Keigan.
"Well… you've grown."
Keigan sighed and looked annoyed.
"Let's go, Honey. We have work to do."
Honey nodded.
The two of them walked toward the elevator and disappeared.
The hallway became quiet again.
Jay Jay stretched lazily.
"Alright," she said.
"Let's go back to the room."
She turned toward the group.
"Everyone freshen up."
Then she smirked.
"And after that… breakfast."
As they started walking back, Jay Jay suddenly pointed at Sebastian and Aurora.
"Also," she said dangerously.
"You two are not forgiven."
Sebastian and Aurora looked at each other.
And then immediately ran again.
The chase resumed.
And the entire hotel hallway echoed with laughter.
