A massive amount of light shot from Sting's hands and slammed into Natsu and Gajeel.
"Waaaaah!"
"Ugh-aaaaah!"
Natsu and Gajeel cried out in pain. But after hitting the ground, the two immediately rushed Sting again. Sting fought one against two, and after a while, Natsu and Gajeel were both knocked to the ground.
Rogue stood above them, looking down at Natsu and Gajeel.
"Time has passed. During these seven years, we worked hard to become true Dragon Slayers. The old era has ended."
[Have both of them fallen? This match...]
"Hold it right there!!"
Natsu pushed himself up with both hands, and Gajeel stood up as well.
Natsu bared his teeth as he rose. "This power really is something! My whole body's aching!"

On the first round, both of them threw scissors. A draw.

On the second round, Gajeel threw rock, and Natsu threw paper.
"I won!!"
Natsu shouted in excitement, while Gajeel slumped to the ground with a blank look on his face. He had actually lost at Rock-Paper-Scissors.
Seeing Natsu and Gajeel ignore them to play Rock-Paper-Scissors, Sting and Rogue couldn't help but feel humiliated.

Rogue shouted at Natsu, "I'm not looking for you! Gajeel, fight me!!"

Sting clenched his fist, condensing power as he charged at Natsu.
Natsu raised his arms to block.
"That's only because your experience is too shallow. There are still powers in this world that aren't inferior to Dragon Force at all. And no matter how great a power is, it still depends on who's using it."
Natsu struck Sting across the face with a backhand punch.
"Shadow Dragon's Roar!!"
"Fire Dragon's Roar!!"
The two roars collided. Natsu's flames burned away all of Rogue's shadows and engulfed Rogue.
"Ugh-aaaaah!!"
"It's not over yet!"
Sting rushed at Natsu, but Natsu suppressed him once again with sheer strength. Rogue also attacked, but even with the two of them joining forces, they were still suppressed by Natsu.
"Sting!"
"Coming!"
Sting and Rogue gathered energy in their hands, black and white power intertwining with each other.
"Unison Raid?!!"
Makarov couldn't help but exclaim. A Unison Raid is the fusion of two types of magic, multiplying its power. Etherion works on the same principle, only with far more types of magic combined.
