Standing on the second floor, Mansi saw and heard everything.
She couldn't stop herself anymore.
She ran down the stairs through the back door and shouted,
"Shubham!"
Seeing her running toward them, Yug turned back and asked,
"What happened, Miss Mansi?"
Watching Shubham walk ahead, Mansi spoke nervously,
"The condition of your grandfather didn't worsen because of me. It truly wasn't my fault. I feel very guilty. Thank you for not embarrassing me in front of my parents."
Yug was surprised.
He never took this girl seriously, yet Miss Mansi believed that Shubham had stayed silent only because he was thinking about her.
"I know my suit made Grandfather's condition worse," Mansi continued.
"I want to meet him and apologize. When you come to pick up my sister tomorrow, will you take me along?"
"There's no need," Shubham replied coldly.
Anger was still clear in his eyes.
"My grandfather wants to meet my fiancée, not you."
Mansi didn't expect such a harsh rejection.
