FRIDAY MORNING - SEVEN DAYS AFTER TRANSFORMATION 9:00 AM
Dr. Thorne arrived very early the third day, her medical bag in hand and her expression all business.
"Let's see how you've healed," she said, gesturing for Eve to sit on the bed.
Eve had fed that morning....gentle, careful sex with all three brothers that left her glowing softly but not overwhelmed. Her bracelet showed green, her energy levels stable. And most importantly, the bite marks from Rex's claiming had fully healed.
Well....healed wasn't quite the right word. They'd closed, the wounds sealed and no longer bleeding. But the scars remained. Thirty-seven permanent marks decorating her skin, each one a silvery reminder of Rex's brutal claiming.
Dr. Thorne examined each scar carefully, pressing gently to test for tenderness, checking Eve's range of motion to ensure none of the deeper bites had caused muscle damage.
