"What... what is this?" I can't open my Eyes, I try to touch the Ground, it feels... Grassy? Somehow even a bit like Asphalt, but more like broken, blocky chunks of it. I try to breath, but I find it difficult. My entire body feels numb, yet somehow I still feel. I don't feel cold, neither do I feel warmth. It is as if I was being and not being.
I shake my head, trying once more to open my Eyes. Harder, harder. Yet nothing budges.
"That's it!" I say, annoyed as I open my eyes forcefully, using my fingers. Slowly, slowly but surely I gain Vision, or I think so.
I remove my fingers, my eyes shut down immediately again. I hold my hands against my face, sighing, and shaking my head. I talk, muffled, into my hands. "How did this happen? Why can't I see. What is going on! I DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS!"
I almost start crying - almost - somehow, no tears flow down my Face. I take a deep breath, after resting a while, I slowly regain the feelings of my Body, as it adjusts to this... world?
Once more, I try opening my Eyes, slowly, ever so slowly, they start opening, yet my vision is impaired. I can barely see, my Vision is somehwat blurry, yet it is not. It's more rough and not as smooth as it would be when it's blurry. I try moving my hand to my eyes, very closely. The closer my hand gets, the better I can see it. Once it almost touches my Face, the image is sharp, but I can't concentrate on it, My hand is too close to my Face. I take my hand away again.

I slowly stand up. I recollect my thoughts. How did I end up like this? I still remember how I was wandering around in Nature and suddenly found a Cave. I just wanted to explore a bit. Just a teeny tiny bit, I've never done this before, as they always said, a Girl shouldn't do something so boyish. What fools they were - and how right they were in the End. I should've listened to them. I only took one step in, maybe two, but the ground collapsed. I got forcefully thrown to the ground. My body felt numb and I started losing Consciousness. In the End I thought this was it for me. But I felt something. Something carrying me, rather, dragging me. I only noticed a bit, my consciousness was already fading again and my body still felt numb. But I still remember, I entered a futuristic looking room and got placed into some kind of bed. I fell asleep instantly. And now I am here. One thing I am sure of is, through all what had happened until now, and looking at and feeling the Environment, I know that this isn't another World, but the Future. It must be.
I sigh once more, take a deep breath, straighten up my skirt and walk straight forward towards something which looks like one of those buildings. I occasionally trip over lose rubble, but I don't truly fall, always catching my step once more.
After a long while, I don't know for how long, only that the bright sun moved to the other side of the Sky when I reached the building. I move forwards ever more and then, I see it. Something... unfamiliar, yet somehow familiar.
A sort of display is at the entrance door. I glance around me, no one around. Why should there be? I carefully tap the Display, maybe something will happen. And for whatever reason, something happens, the door opens. I enter the Building, but I can already notice, looking up, there is a huge hole in the building, about 20 meters up there is nothing more but broken and rusted steel, almost collapsing. Yet here, on the Ground it seems well maintained, almost too well, as if the first 10 to 15 meters are protected by something. I look around, but I don't see much. Those goddamn eyes! How did they turn out like this? I can barely see anything!
I go towards something bright, something glowing, the only things which doesn't look grey like the steel around here.
I approach the glowing thing, another Display. I tap it once more, it says something, I think so at least, a it doesn't open, but instead makes a neutral beeping sound. I move my eyes closer, when suddenly, something comes out of the Display, making my eyes hurt, extremely hurt.
I scream in pain, I touch my eyes with my hands as they start to bleed. Yet, I hear something, the Display seems to make a positive beeping sound.
I shake my head. Fuck this! I'm out of here, no way I'm going further, at least I was able to see before, but now I've lost my fucking eye sight completely! No way in hell will I not leave and go further.
I try to leave, but can't find an exit, well of course I can't, I am fucking blind!
"GOD DAMMIT!" I punch against a steel wall. "Why did this happen!?!" I slump to the ground. Sitting there, against the wall, for who knows how long. I can't see anything, so I can't tell the Time. And I still don't feel any cold or heat.
After sitting there for an eternity, I finally come to reason. My mind getting numb with the acceptance. "Fine then, have it your way." I say emotionless.
I move towards the display, following it's beeping sound, the only sound that I even heard, almost like it's the only sound I can hear. I touch the display, the Beeping stops and I hear the door in Front of me open. I don't know what lies ahead of me, but I step forward - and I fall.
I fall down a flight of Stairs, a lot of Stairs. Unending Stairs. It almost seems like it won't stop. As if it can't stop. But for some reason, I stay conscious, I don't hurt. Rather, I feel nothing. Instead, I feel empty, yet vivid at the same time.
After quite a while, I finally land on the Ground. I slowly stand up, only now do I notice that the Blood in my eyes has dried.
"Well, I don't feel anything anyways, why not just try." I say to myself, thinking about opening my Eyes. And at exactly this Moment, I do. And it works. No Pain, no nothing. Instead, I can see. I can see everything. Every last minor detail. My viision... is healed. But, I see even more. Almost something like a hud. I try something stupid, I move my hands in a weird way, spreading out my thumb and index finger, and suddenly a screen appears. It shows my stats, how old I am, my Name, my Gender, my Appearance. And my Health, and how many Abilities I posess. I also seem to have something similar to an Inventory. It's almost like a Game. I look over to the Inventory, I begin to let out a defeated chuckle, only two slots. I have two pockets in my Jacket, that's it. Apparently it uses your real Equipment as reference.
I look back at my Stats, for some Reason, I have a Level, at least it says so, but I don't truly do, since it has three Questionmarks after it. Maybe because I'm not from here?
I shake my head, too much for now. I'll think about all of this over time.
For now I need to look around, Take in my surroundings and find out how I came here and why my eyes are like this.
