"What is going on here?" A sweet feminine voice asked.
April turned sideways. Standing before them was a tall athletic looking lady, dressed in a burgundy fancy sweatshirt and ripped jeans. Her cropped hair which was a deep shade of sandy brown looked perfect on her. Though she wasn't very beautiful, she had an alluring style about her with a cute face, and her presence seemed to command some authority. There was something about her that told April she might be a sort of tomboy.
Their eyes met and the lady waved with a smile. "TJ, right?"
April remained still for a moment. TJ? She was pretty sure she had never seen this face before, though there was something familiar about her look and flair. Besides, the only people in the world right now who knew her as TJ were Lucy, Jack and Kyle. So who was this lady waving at her with a beautiful smile?
