In Kytheron's eyes, the woman beside him kept changing, from human form to humanoid to other different races, and each transformation seemed to be her original appearance.

"It seems that this Universe's Thanos still hasn't escaped your clutches!"
Kytheron directly revealed the identity of the person who appeared before him and immediately spoke of her entanglement with Thanos.
In the Multiverse, the embodied forms of abstract concepts like Death have no truly fixed shape.
Whatever they are imagined to look like by each sentient race, they will appear in that form when they manifest before that being.
As for Kytheron's preconceived notion that Death was a captivating woman, the first image that appeared in Kytheron's eyes was that of a woman.
However, after Kytheron regained his senses, Death transformed into the skeletal appearance Kytheron envisioned.
"You know of my existence, and quite a lot about it, but should I look like this in your eyes?"
Death was slightly surprised that Kytheron knew of her existence.
She had only appeared a few times at the beginning of this Universe's creation and then never again; even Thanos had never seen her form, nor did he know that it was she who had been whispering in his ear.
But, for a newly born God like Kytheron to know of her existence, and even know that Thanos was connected to her, this made her very interested!
"You came for Thanos, didn't you!"
"However, if you don't act soon, he might die once already!"
Kytheron said to Jean, who was preparing to use the Phoenix's Judgment to end the battle.
In the Infinite Multiverse, Thanos being Death's exclusive plaything is known to all Gods.

One must know that Death symbolizes the ultimate concept of all cessation in the entire Multiverse.
Even God of Creations who transcend the Multiverse cannot escape the fate of an end, yet in Kytheron, a fellow who has only just crossed the threshold of a single Universe, she could not see the end of his destiny.
"Sorry, I don't have a habit of being someone's dog, especially a simp like Thanos who forgets himself in his fawning."
In some Universes, Death not only strung along Thanos, the big simp, but also flirted with Deadpool, the madman who often hovered on the brink of Death.
This made Thanos extremely jealous, and he went to great lengths to inflict a truly immortal curse on Deadpool, just so Deadpool would never see Death again.

It seems that although Death claimed not to care about this toy, her body was honest and saved him.
This let Kytheron know that although this Titan had died, he hadn't completely died, and there might be a chance to meet him again in the future.
"Teacher, I defeated that big purple potato monster!"
Jean, having eliminated Thanos, flew over excitedly, believing she had finally lived up to Kytheron's trust.
"I saw it, you performed very well."
Kytheron also praised her without reservation.
"Death, do you have any other instructions? If not, then we shall take our leave!"

After Death finished speaking, she slowly vanished from Kytheron's sight.
