Qin Jiao smiled, calm and unhurried. She faced the camera and spoke openly, "As everyone knows, since Jiu Yi was founded, our employee benefits have been the best and most comprehensive in the entire industry. We established a dedicated kindergarten for our employees and we regularly purchase insurance for them. On every holiday, we also send a variety of gifts to our staff and their families."
"The penalties we enforce are reserved for malicious job-hopping. For instance, an employee recently resigned because his elderly parents back home were ill. Not only did we approve his resignation, we also gave him three additional months' salary and chose not to enforce his non-compete clause."
