Shen Yi smiled. "Not at all."
His handsome smile momentarily dazzled the woman in red. She tucked a strand of hair behind her ear, planning to continue her flirtation, only to see Shen Yi turn and walk away with his assistant, Xiao Chen.
As they walked away, Shen Yi said with a sigh of regret, "What a shame. It wasn't easy finding a nice, quiet corner."
The woman in the red dress: "..."
Assistant Xiao Chen glanced at the woman's thunderous expression, gave a helpless shrug, and hurried to catch up with his boss.
'Why can't these women get it through their heads?' 'In my boss's eyes, there's only one woman in the entire world: his wife, Qin Jiao.'
'As for all other women, he just lumps them into the same category as men.'
'Oh, wait, there are three special exceptions who he'll begrudgingly acknowledge as women: his own mother, his sister, and his daughter.'
'And even then, it's only because they're blood relatives...'
