"Hubby," she cooed again. Her voice was sweet enough to make anyone within earshot break out in goosebumps.
Yuri Sinclair was no exception. He shifted into a more comfortable position in his office chair and rubbed his temples. "What's wrong? Don't tell me you just started work and you already want to quit."
"No," she said, twisting the hem of her clothes and squirming coquettishly.
"Don't tell me you got into a fight with someone and beat them up?" He wouldn't put it past her. He still had a vivid memory of the stunts she used to pull on Aaron.
"Oh, stop, that's not it," she whined, her voice even sweeter this time.
Yuri had to physically restrain his hand to keep himself from dropping the phone.
