Tiana had barely finished speaking when the sounds of smashing and arguing erupted from outside, followed by the sight of numerous burly men in black emerging from several vans.
They marched menacingly toward the Grayson family's estate. And though the man leading them was some distance away, Mika Summers could still see him clearly—it was Sheldon Rhodes, the man who had been monitoring her near her home.
Tiana looked terrified, her body trembling slightly. She gripped Mika's hand, her voice shaking as she stammered, "It's starting, Mika…"
"It's okay. Your brother is here. Nothing will happen." Seeing Tiana like this, Mika Summers frowned in confusion. 'Tiana seems off, but I can't quite put my finger on why.'
