Just then, her phone suddenly rang. Seeing the name on the screen, Mika Summers shot up in fright. "Hello?"
"Get out here right now!" Tristan Grayson himself didn't know why he'd called her, but now that he had, he couldn't just hang up. So, without a second thought, he barked out the order.
"Right now?"
"I'm giving you one minute. You have to be out here, or you'll face the consequences!" With that, Tristan Grayson hung up.
Mika Summers stared blankly at her phone.
'He wants me to go out now?' Mika Summers instantly panicked. 'Could he be here?'
At that thought, Mika Summers threw off the covers, clutched her phone, and ran out, forgetting to even put on her shoes.
The moment she ran out of her room, she felt the cold floor beneath her bare feet. She realized she wasn't wearing any shoes, but it was too late to go back for them.
Tristan Grayson had only given her one minute.
