Eleanor Bishop reached out and gripped Harold Bishop's arm tightly. "Dad, let's go. Let's leave this place as a family. I should have known all along that we couldn't come back to Tridell."
She truly couldn't go through what happened in the past ever again. She couldn't bear to see her father get into trouble once more. She was no longer the person she used to be, and they no longer had the capital to continue opposing Archie Lockwood—or Jason Lockwood, for that matter.
"Eleanor, some things can't be avoided. We can't just up and leave," Harold said. "Over the years, your father has offended quite a few people. There's no shortage of enemies who want me dead, not to mention that I've just snatched back the title of mayor."
