Susan Caldwell's plan for today was to completely shatter Vera Xavier's composure. Even though a few students had witnessed the entire incident that day, after her recent maneuvering, she was certain none of them would dare to speak up.
So, she said slowly, "Don't think you can hide what you did in the cafeteria just because not many people saw it! Today, I'm taking a stand for justice and exposing your vile actions!"
She took a step toward Vera Xavier. "That day, I saw with my own eyes how you followed that boy, knocked him unconscious, and then assaulted him. You did all sorts of indecent things, which triggered his heart attack. To cover up your crime, you pretended to know first aid and called an ambulance. You thought you had everything under control, but heaven has eyes, and I saw everything you did!"
