The villa had been notified of their arrival in advance.
As Silas Norwood stepped out of the car carrying Celia, a butler immediately came forward to personally lead the way. Behind them, a maid picked up Celia's luggage and trailed closely behind.
With her arms wrapped around his neck, Celia let him carry her all the way through the garden, the outer hall, and into the living room.
"Silas, you can put me down on the sofa," she said, shifting slightly in his arms.
Silas Norwood pretended not to hear, calmly asking the butler, "Where is Cece's bedroom?"
The butler quickly replied, "It's on the second floor. Shall I show Chairman Norwood the way?"
Celia glanced at Silas Norwood's face and gently tugged on his lapel. "What are we going to the bedroom for?"
His expression didn't change as he answered with perfect seriousness, "To help my girlfriend unpack."
Celia let out a soft "oh" and gestured for the butler to stand down. "I can show Silas up myself."
