Chapter 65 - Chapter 65: Woven Bag

Wu Yue stuffed the chili pepper in her hand into the woven bag at her side. "It's nothing," she said with a smile. "I even got some in my eyes when I was a kid, but that pepper wasn't nearly this potent."

They looked back at Hong, who was by the stream. She was clearly feeling much better, pulling her injured finger out of the water every so often, only to put it back in when the discomfort returned.

Her other hand was idly toying with a vine beside her.

'Wait...'

'Vines!!!'

Wu Yue strode over, grabbed a vine next to Hong, and gave it a hard tug. Her eyes lit up as she turned to Hua Shu, who had followed her.

"Grandma, this type of vine is really sturdy. We can weave it into bags to carry the wild vegetables we've collected back with us."

Hua Shu's eyes lit up. She looked at the woven bag at Wu Yue's waist. "You mean like the one you have?"

Wu Yue nodded. "This bag of mine is woven from dried grass, so it's not very strong.
