Dressed in a knight's attire, Raylo followed the messenger out of his tent.
The sunlight chased away the last vestiges of his hangover. The clamor of the previous night had faded from the camp.
The command tent was situated in the very heart of the camp. Outside, two squads of elite guards from the Thunder Dragon Knight Order stood at attention, their auras heavy and their gazes fixed forward.
Upon seeing Raylo, the Guard Captain stepped forward and lifted the heavy tent flap for him.
A massive sand table, meticulously marked with the terrain of the Wind Cry Plain, dominated the center of the tent.
Luke was standing before the sand table.
On the other side of the tent, over a dozen seats were arranged in a semicircle, most of them already occupied.
Raylo's entrance immediately drew everyone's attention.
"Haha, the Raylo kid is here!"
a gruff voice boomed.
The speaker was Barton, the Count of Giant Stone, a man as burly as a brown bear.
