Clara Grant thought he was about to get fresh with her again and tried to pull away, but his gaze landed on the backpack still slung over her shoulder.
Seth Quinn was amused. He had been in such a rush to explain things that he hadn't even noticed her bag, and somehow, she hadn't remembered to take it off either, wearing it this whole time.
Her bag looked pretty full, and Seth Quinn couldn't help but ask, "Why did you bring a packed bag? Are you planning on staying for a while? Even if you were, you wouldn't need to bring anything. This place has everything you need. If it's not enough, we can always buy more."
Only then did Clara Grant realize she was still wearing her bag. She shrugged it off and tossed it aside, pouting as she said, "Who said anything about staying here?"
After saying that, she added in a quiet, grumbling mutter, "It's only because I thought you called me over to divorce me!"
