Back on set, everyone soon discovered that Seth Quinn and his group were gone. Clara Grant was missing, too. A flurry of discussion immediately broke out.
"Did President Quinn and his people go back to the city? How come they're gone?"
"Yeah, I didn't see them during the meal."
"Why would President Quinn leave? Didn't he come here specifically to watch Faye's scenes? Her shoot hasn't even started yet, so why did he go?"
"Exactly. And did you guys notice? Clara Grant seems to be gone too. Normally, even when she doesn't have a scene, she's always hanging around the set."
"Now that you mention it, I didn't notice. So, you think Clara Grant left with President Quinn? Hey, do you guys think maybe President Quinn wasn't actually here for Faye, but for Clara Grant?"
"What are you talking about?" Sandra, who was standing nearby, could no longer stand it. 'President Quinn, for Clara Grant? As if she's worthy.'
