"President Quinn, I'm sorry. We must have made a mistake." Seeing Chloe Grant standing there, stunned and silent, Ivy Vance stepped forward to apologize for her.
"We had business at the hospital too and just happened to run into Miss Grant and her family. Chloe was only thinking of the Grant family's reputation, that's why she lost control of her emotions."
As she spoke, she turned to Clara. "Miss Grant, I'm sorry. We'll leave right away."
With that, she started to pull Chloe Grant away.
But Seth Quinn's voice cut in, stopping them. "Hold it! You think you can get away with just an apology?"
Ivy Vance glanced hesitantly at Chloe Grant. 'After all, Chloe was the one who got slapped, while Clara was the one who came out on top. What more do they want from us?'
