Nora Ainsworth smiled faintly. "No, what I mean is, if you've taken a liking to him, I can set you two up."
Leon Lynch's smile froze. He glanced casually at Maeve Sutton, his tone laced with a hint of frustration. "Are you an idiot? Pushing your own outstanding fiancé onto someone else."
Nora Ainsworth was unfazed. "I just noticed she can't take her eyes off you."
At this remark, Maeve Sutton's face flushed crimson.
"Baby, hurry up and eat. Stop saying silly things, okay?" His tenderness was almost inhuman.
Quentin Grant put down his chopsticks. "I'm finished."
Sharon Ainsworth's eyes lit up as she looked at him. "Quentin, can we go for a walk?"
"No, I have an important meeting at my company soon. You all head back together. I'm leaving first."
Nora Ainsworth looked up at him, her gaze falling into a pair of eyes as deep as pools of water.
