Li Chang'an stood at the edge of the squad's training ground. He brushed the dust off his clothes, his gaze sweeping over Han Ruoxi and Shen Qiuyue, who were still sparring.
"Stop!"
Han Ruoxi stopped what she was doing, pouting. "Captain, I was just about to pin down Sister Qiuyue! Is this really the right time to call a stop?"
Shen Qiuyue sheathed her sword, her tone nonchalant. "Pin me down? Ruo Xi, you can keep bragging. Your Electric Energy is impressive, sure, but did you really think I'd be scared of it?"
"Oh, so you admit it, Sister Qiuyue! You're admitting I almost had you backed into a corner!" Han Ruoxi flashed a triumphant smile, a faint arc of electricity crackling around her finger as she waggled it provocatively.
"That's enough!" Li Chang'an cut off their argument, pointing to Sun Yang on the other side of the field. "You two, take a look. *That's* what I call serious training!"
