Unfortunately, this group of Catmen from the Forest Tribe seemed to hold a deep prejudice against humans, much like Axenel, the Ratman chieftain of the Golden Deer Tribe, who had wanted to flay every last human alive.
And so, three of them launched a sneak attack on Diablo without a moment's hesitation. Their goal was to eliminate this traitor to the forest factions, this lackey of a human Lord.
He had no choice.
Diablo could only act decisively.
The few Zero-star (Green) Catman Warriors who tried to ambush him were effortlessly crushed in his counterattack.
This display of power instantly awed all the Catmen and Tiger-men further back.
But Diablo did not rush to kill the others. Instead, he followed Lord Tingfeng's usual teachings, treating these still-hesitant potential enemies with a merciful heart.
"Lord Tingfeng is a benevolent human Lord. He will not punish the innocent for the foolish actions of a few."
