Wayne Wyatt was playing a bit part in the show and only had a few lines, but his performance was still far from satisfactory.
His expression was stiff, and his biggest weakness was forgetting his lines, which led to repeated NGs.
"Cut!"
The assistant director walked up to him. "Noah, your acting... it's just... I'm at a loss for words... I find it hard to believe you're the son of an award-winning actor and actress. You're the only child, aren't you!"
Wayne Wyatt's head drooped, and he seemed listless. "My parents' acting ability doesn't represent mine. Besides, I can survive without acting..." A note of resentment crept into his voice by the end. He didn't like acting at all; the only reason he was here was that his parents had forced him into it.
"But... you come from an acting dynasty, for crying out loud. You should have picked up *something* just by being around it!" the assistant director exclaimed. "It doesn't make sense. This makes absolutely no sense!"
