When the village banquet ended, the villagers performing on stage put on a special show to send them off.
Margaret Jennings was deeply moved. Taking out a handkerchief, she dabbed at the corners of her eyes. "We're leaving so soon. I'm actually a little sad to go."
Carina Sanders patted her on the back, comforting her. "Don't be sad, Mom."
The tour guide walked over from another table. "Did everyone have a good meal? Did you all have fun?"
The guests all agreed in unison.
"First off, congratulations to everyone on successfully completing the final task. I believe today has been an interesting day for both the villagers of Warren Isle and all of you."
"These carefree days are always fleeting. This leg of our journey has come to an end. Please gather here tomorrow morning at eight o'clock sharp to take the private car back to Veridia."
With that, the tour guide departed.
