"Time to get up, kids. We have a mission to do," Naomi Kenway called out.
Carina Sanders was the first to wake up. Her hair was a little messy as she sleepily hugged Naomi Kenway and nuzzled against her affectionately.
Naomi Kenway hugged her back and smiled. "Are you awake, Carina?"
"I'm still a little sleepy..." Carina Sanders struggled to keep her eyes open, and suddenly, her eyes started to redden. "I miss my mommy..."
Naomi Kenway gently patted her on the back to soothe her. "Your mommy will be back tonight."
Carina Sanders nodded, but she didn't seem very enthusiastic.
"Your mom is working hard on her mission, and Auntie believes Carina can complete her mission perfectly too, right?"
Carina Sanders nodded vigorously, looking much more awake.
