Aurora Sinclair glanced at the two men, took the letter, and returned to her office, telling them to come inside.
In the letter, Francis Sloan stated that the prisoner was a good friend of his, an upright man who could not possibly be a serial killer. He wanted to obtain a new statement from him.
Aurora Sinclair looked at Hogg and said to the Basic Supervisor, "Go get Lord Morgan."
Hogg seemed to stiffen for a moment.
Aurora Sinclair continued, "Before you go to Zone A to record a new statement, explain the entire case in detail to my man here."
"Well… Lord Sinclair, this matter is quite extensive. Lord Sloan doesn't want too many people to know."
But Aurora Sinclair replied nonchalantly, "This assistant of mine is my confidant. He can be trusted."
A moment later, Alvin Morgan arrived in a hurry.
"Lord Sinclair…"
