When Indie Lowell returned to the Vance residence, she found the entire family waiting for her in the living room. She sneered inwardly.
"What's this? An interrogation?"
Connie Vance, who already couldn't stand Indie Lowell, was the first to speak up. "You have the nerve to ask! Are you trying to destroy the Vance family? Isn't it bad enough for us already? You want to keep hurting us until we can't even stay in Syland City anymore..."
"Heh... The Vance family's misfortune has nothing to do with me," Indie Lowell replied coolly, tossing an agreement she was holding onto the coffee table.
The color drained from Aiden Vance's face. "Indie... You..."
"Brother, she's the prized daughter of the Lowell family. We were punching above our weight with them. She clearly looks down on you now, so you should just sign it and let her go back to the capital to marry someone else..."
"Shut up!" Aiden Vance slammed his hand on the table and roared at her.
