Principal Lawson had a headache just looking at the stubborn little girl before him.
The first thing she said when she walked in was that she wanted to drop out of school. It was so shocking he thought he must have misheard.
He quickly tried to talk her out of it, but she was dead set on dropping out and was even demanding her tuition money back!
"Leigh Miles, your sister studies at this school…"
"Principal Lawson, I already told you, I'll be back next semester. Could you please refund the tuition fee the Sinclair Family paid?"
Aurora Sinclair and Jean Quincy, who had been called over by Leigh's homeroom teacher, happened to be at the door and overheard her.
Jean Quincy turned to look at Aurora, asking in surprise, "Is our little junior sister short on cash?"
Aurora didn't answer, quickening her pace instead.
