The Artifact Refining Hall in Qinghan Mansion housed all sorts of weapons, arranged in an orderly fashion. Some were damaged, but these weren't simply discarded. Instead, they would be brought back to the Cyan Yuan Sect, melted down, and reforged into new weapons.
Repairable weapons were also tempered with the Cyan Yuan Sect's special Artifact Refining Method and reused.
Weapons in good condition were put on display in the Artifact Refining Hall for sale. Items like sabers and swords were considered consumables. Even Divine Weapons could be damaged, to say nothing of ordinary weapons.
Although the Cyan Yuan Sect provided weapons to its Official Disciples, they were responsible for replacing them if they broke. Furthermore, their only option for obtaining a better weapon was to purchase one.
For Cyan Yuan Sect Disciples, buying from the Artifact Refining Hall was an excellent choice, as the prices were relatively affordable.
