Lin Shen glanced sideways at her. His indifferent gaze and cold, rhetorical question made Qin Yuenan's delicate body tremble. She lowered her head to admit her mistake.
"I've been busy with the handover to the new director recently, so I haven't been able to spend much time with you. I know that's my fault as your girlfriend, and I promise it won't happen again."
"Suit yourself."
Lin Shen shrugged and walked straight out of the elevator when it reached the 14th floor.
Seeing this, Qin Yuenan hurried after him and took his arm, as if afraid he would leave her behind.
This was the kind of demure action she had never taken before.
Now, it seemed she was slowly adapting to her "role."
