The current situation was far from favorable for Dr. Snake. The Vampire Snake's growth had been unexpectedly rapid; fed on human flesh, it was far stronger than he had anticipated.
He had intended to use his Silver Needles to seal the Vampire Snake's pressure points and subdue it easily—just as he had done before.
But the Vampire Snake now boasted a massive, twenty-meter-long body, its scales as hard as iron. He couldn't find an opening, and even if he could, his needles wouldn't be able to pierce its hide.
A thick, massive tail swept toward him with overwhelming force. It slammed into the ground, causing a violent tremor. Fortunately, the cage had been specially constructed to imprison the Vampire Snake and was incredibly sturdy.
Otherwise, it would have collapsed long ago.
