It was nearly eleven o'clock at night when Yan Feifan returned to the Xingfu Garden District.
He quietly opened the front door and found the TV still on.
Yan Feifan saw his sister in her pajamas, draped in a blanket and sitting cross-legged on the living room sofa. She was dozing off, her head bobbing up and down.
