Junia's pov
I didn't go to Ashmaris's chamber.
And also avoided Ignara who was worried when she heard from Zarielle I was missing. I thought she might know that I was lying so I avoided her too.
Guilt kept gawning me in the stomach and I kept telling myself it was for the good of my kingdom.
"My lady, here is your night dress" Zarielle said to me, cutting me out of my thoughts.
I took it from her and slipped the dress on, "Thank you" I said,
"The bed has been made, you look tired. So I thought you might want to retire early" Zarielle went on.
I nodded and stood up from the chair and walked towards my bed, I climbed into my bed.
"Put out the lights and lock the doors i won't be disturb" I ordered,
"Yes, My lady" Zarielle said, as she bowed and turned to leave.
I closed my eyes, waiting patiently for the sleep to take me away but it didn't come, no matter how hard I tried to relax.
