Everyone knew that Emperor Vladimir was incredibly powerful, but exactly how powerful, no one truly knew.

These were the abilities of a Three-Star Illusion God. The thunder dragons before them, or the suddenly appearing Sovereigns at the auction, were all products of Illusion Manifestation.
They were not Illusionary Bodies and did not possess a star rating.
The Sovereigns of Starlight, Thunder Light, Life, Time and Space, Mind, and Yin and Yang—these six were merely shells.
They did not possess Sovereign-level combat power, but their imposing presence was certainly enough to intimidate and scare a group of people.
"Ten Sovereigns," Vladimir mused inwardly, a faint smile playing on his lips. "Fact and fiction intertwined. Everyone at the auction must be completely stunned by now, right?"
However, just because they were illusions didn't mean they possessed no combat power at all.
At least, these nine thunder dragons before them were very much real!
"Go!"
With that command, the nine thunder dragons roared and shot towards Kaido and his crew.
...
"Go!"
With Vladimir's command, the nine thunder dragons roared, carrying a ferocious surge of lightning power, and lunged towards Kaido and his group.
Roar!!
With a thunderous roar, the nine dragons descended upon Kaido's head.
Just then, a man in a black suit and sunglasses stepped forward, blocking the path of the dragons.
"I'll handle this!"
His body was muscular. As he stepped out, he immediately stretched out both hands.
In an instant, a transparent barrier appeared before him.
"Emperor Vladimir of Phantom! I am from the Picnese Family, one of the Royal Guards, and a user of the Bounce-Bounce Fruit, the Bounce-Man!"
As he spoke, the nine thunder dragons crashed into the transparent barrier. In a flash, space itself seemed to ripple, and as waves of distortion formed, the nine dragons vanished into it.
The next moment, the man in the suit let out a soft shout, "Thunder Dragons!"
Zzzzt!
Lightning flashed, and with a rumble, the nine dragons reappeared. However, their direction of attack had completely reversed, now soaring towards Vladimir!
"That's quite interesting. To be able to reflect my illusions back at me. But, judging from the fact that you need to control it with both hands, you can only reflect from a single plane. If it's a multi-directional attack, this ability won't be very useful."
Vladimir's expression remained calm. He simply extended his left palm.
Roar!
The thunder dragons roared as they descended upon Vladimir.
"Vanish."
Vladimir snatched at them with one hand, directly and forcefully annihilating the lightning power of the nine dragons.
In the blink of an eye, everything dissipated into nothingness once more.
"Emperor Vladimir!"
Just then, Kaido suddenly charged forward, closing the distance. His right fist was raised high, imbued with Conqueror's Haki, radiating an immense and powerful aura, as if a single punch could shatter an island.
"To dare to attack me up close... truly befitting of a 'brute'."
Vladimir remained unmoving, simply reaching out with a single hand.
Bang!!
Fist met palm, and the space between them erupted with a shocking impact. The ripple effect spread like a raging storm, immediately pushing back some of the nearby individuals.
"What!?"
Kaido's expression, however, changed slightly, and he blurted out, "My Haki was shattered... No, it vanished!"
He had not held back. While it wasn't a full-power strike, he had used eighty percent of his strength. Yet, such a powerful blow was easily parried by his opponent with a single hand.
Despite this, Vladimir couldn't help but raise an eyebrow, thinking to himself, "What incredible raw strength. In terms of brute force alone, this guy is probably top-tier—even stronger than a giant."
Of course, trying to defeat him with brute force alone was almost impossible.
After reaching Three-Star rank in his Transformation Zero: Illusion God form, his physique had become incredibly powerful, comparable to the Sea Dragon's true dragon body.
"If you move even one step, does that count as us passing?"
At this moment, another man in a suit stepped out. He transformed, his entire body morphing into a giant wheel that spun rapidly in place, emitting a screeching sound.
"I belong to the Picnese Family, one of the Royal Guards, and I am the user of the Wheel-Wheel Fruit! Eject!"
Whoosh!
From a standstill to extreme speed, this person's velocity surpassed the limits of human observation.
